Truly one of the best places to eat around (especially if you are staying @ the Crowne Plaza across the street). The owners are the servers; you get personalized service.... and if you do not find what you like in the menu, as I did, he will suggest a dish and make it specially to your liking! Lots of desert... One of the best Italian restaurant I have been to in Paris. The owner who also does the service is really friendly and enthusiastic,he cracked jokes with us!Then the food arrived and the experience was awesome.I had a four cheese pizza which was tasty with a lovely thin and crispy base.We then had a chat with the owner's wife who... We stopped in after a long day. The food was superb. The owner suggested a shrimp penne in a lobster sauce and it was devine. My sons had pizza and a special mushroom ravioli that were also amazing. What a great find! They will be renovating for a few months but will be reopen in an even better space! We... More

We walked right by the restaurant the first time. It is small but has ample room and great atmosphere Had great thin pizza the night we visited Pizzeria Renato. Along with a good bottle of wind to add to a fun dinner for us. Those that waited on us were patient and kind.

Definitely get pizza. The base was thin and crispy; the cheese gooey and the pepperoni spicy and plentiful. Pizzas are big enough to share between two; but are so delicious it would be very easy to order another! The staff were wonderful; so friendly and smiley and teaching us how to pronounce French properly! The chocolate torte was fantastic and... More

We had 2 really good pizzas here. Very thin and crispy bases, just had they should be. A nice spot to watch all the goings on around Republique. Also a lot cheaper than the pizzeria facing Republique.

We speak very broken French but he was patient and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed this experience and it was a highlight of our trip. The recommendations of wine an food were perfect!

We came here for lunch and simply chose the restaurant as it looked like a nice family run business. The food was exceptional. We had a grilled aubergine salad to start and the ravioli and pepperoni pizza for main. Everything was fresh and delicious. The pizza in particular was light and crispy. Absolutely wonderful food. The atmosphere wasn't too great,... More

I have always looked forward to a visit this restaurant when in Paris... I went on Monday evening. Haven't been here for 6 yrs. Had an amazing waiter named JERRY, he was very quick witted, and equally fast on his feet, very efficient, spoke 9 languages, A joy to watch him work and he didn't miss a detail... So impressed... Neighbourhood Profile
Le Marais
The Marais is a winding maze of multi-faceted streets that beg to be explored. It bursts with small boutiques, historic buildings, cozy traditional restaurants, and hidden parks. Around each corner, you'll come across little gems of architecture spanning the centuries, from understated medieval towers to classical libraries and 17th century splendour. This neighbourhood unites a rich mix of people of all ages, but it's best known for the gay scene mostly in the south and the Jewish community around Rue des Rosiers.
