We first stayed in Aigues Mortes in August 2013 and the place was heaving and so was Pizzeria Coco! So we gave it a miss. This time, three years later, we gave it a try and were not disappointed though it's a shame Madam Coco did not show her face as from other reviews it sounds like an interesting experience.... More

The food here is Ok - but try to visit on Madame Coco's night off. She's rude, aggressive and seems to hate everybody. However, her staff are kind and helpful and I wonder how they put up with this woman. We had pizza, which was quite good, but we'd have enjoyed it more without Madame Coco's attitude.

All was fine until Madam Coco appeared at our table. She was so abrupt and rude and seemed very annoyed firstly because we took a few minutes to choose and secondly when we turned down her recommendation of the expensive slow cooked lamb. The pizza was fine and a reasonable price. Madam tried to charge us for an extra glass... More

We have been to Aigues Mortes for 5 years now and this restaurant far exceeds anything else in the old town. The lamb shoulder is exquisite and needs to be pre ordered. Coco (the owner) is brilliant - she may seem brash at times but is so proud of her food, especially the lamb. It's a proper French set up.... More

I have hopefully in the past left honest reviews on trip advisor and after four weeks of visiting this restaurant!! hope to leave a true and honest account. We arrived at 8.45pm when they were busy and managed to get a table for myself, husband and son. Our table was inside right near the kitchen. We ordered our drinks with... More

You can eat anything there, and I'm sure you will love it. Plus, the food is not expensive. And the taste is so nice. You'd feel you are eating at home.

Ate here twice during our stay the food is incredibly tasty truly the best pizza we have ever eaten. Service is fast and the staff are very friendly, we don't speak much French (an issue we intend to remedy) but we managed ok as the stuff were more fluent in English than we were in French. Lovely friendly vibe on... More

You can't go wrong with CoCo. Excellent Pizza and Strawberry tart. The slow-cooked shoulder of lamb melts in your mouth. They also do a very good value 3-course menu. Cheap and cheerful and always busy - you can't book though.
