We reserved a table for two just before dinner time and luckily we found a table. Nice and simple menu, with excellent quality of the different ingredients and delicious recipes. Good wine and atmosphere.

Warm and comfortable, even in mid march the restaurant was quite busy. The food was well presented and interesting and the service was friendly and efficient. We enjoyed our meal en couple and think this would be a good place to go with friends too. When we ate here a couple of years ago in October we were less impressed... More

Although more limited for choice on a Monday night, my wife and I had a great experience at le dit-vin. It offers both internal and rear courtyard seating and the ambience in both areas was very good. Service was friendly and efficient and the food was excellent showing that extra touch which sets apart a very good restaurant from the... More

You can tell when you walk over the wine cellar, when you enter, that this establishment is making an effort to be different. We ate here in parties of 7 and 9 on 2 nights, both seated in the internal patio area. The service was good, food choice excellent and local and wine good quality. We look for restaurants with... The atmosphere in le dir-vin is pleasant walking in over the glass covered wine cellar is different and you enter into an open air courtyard filled with tables . Service is good and the summer menu of 34€ per person offers a wide selection of meat and fish dishes . The house white and red are pleasant choices. Not cheap... More

A fabulous place (my preferred in Aigues-Mortes) for a very special dinner; fresh, of course. The place is so very popular that reservations are an absolute must!

the terrace was so full that we couldn't breath properly, as I wasn't feeling comfortable because of no air, I couldn't really enjoy my food. Staff wasn't really kind, but those people were suffering, so I can understand. First time I was there a few months ago, I was enchanted by the kitchen, this time a bit disappointed.

There are lots of places to eat lunch in Aigues-Mortes, however, there were not many that offered a different lunch every day, which is what I looked for. Found this place down a side street just after the entrance to the walled town. Simple menu Melon and serrano ham, which was delicious and then I had the grilled Salmon with... More
