Although fully booked they managed to fit me in. Enjoyable three-course meal of chestnut soup, lamb and lentils and tiramisu, with an acceptable house wine for less than €40.

Amazing flavours in a really small restaurant in the old Ecusson neighbourhood close to Saint Roche church. Really good value for money.

Excellent and original French food in a small restaurant with outdoor seating. Reservation is definitely advised. We went there for lunch. Besides the "lunch plate" (3 small dishes + cake for about 12€), the regular menu was available as well for 26/29€ (2/3 course meal), 3-4 dishes to choose from. The ravioles salade, vegetable crumble, parmentier de canard and particularly... More

Been there twice, once for dinner and once for lunch. Both times the food was excellent -delicious food prepared with care. The owner is very friendly and is proud of his establishment. Reasonable pricing given the quality. Highly recommended.

We visited La Cocotte on a busy Monday evening sitting outside in the vibrant square. The food was very tasty and the choice as delicious as it was the last time. Reasonably priced for the quality of the meal.

We found this little place after deciding to get off the main street to look for something nice. What a find! You just get the feeling that this place is run by people who love food and want to cook good food for other people. We loved it!

We eat regularly at this restaurant and have always had a good experience. The owners and staff are super nice, the ambience is cosy inside and lively outside in summer. And the food is great. We are particular fans of the magret de canard. And the café gourmand (selection of four small deserts with a coffee) is the best in... More

My husband and I routinely dine at La Cocotte when we winter in Montpellier. It amazes us that such wonderful meals are produced in their small kitchen! Tables are available inside and out and the decor is pleasing and colorful. I have never had a more tender and tasty lamb shank than here, the ravioli salad is a favorite and... More
