Dined here last evening, pleasant outside courtyard setting in front of large townhouse in the heart of Montpellier. First surprise was our welcome with a "mise de bouche" and an aperitif selection. La Carte contained a variety of selection options or a number of Menu meal choices. I went for the Prestige Menu at €65, which contained 5 courses accompanied... More

Located in a beautiful townhouse, this restaurant makes amazing dishes. So fresh, tasty and well presented. Try the scallop appetizer and shrimp dinner. Holy cow are they good. Service is smartly delivered and with a smile. This is a can't miss spot for foodies in Montpellier.

Went for dinner and had the 32 euro fixed price dinner (a good deal!). The first course was a bass carpaccio that really was outstanding. Second course was lamb shank, one of my favorites, however this one while cooked well lacked in any sort of flavor. Dessert was a chocolate concoction served in a long sundae glass. It seems like... We went there with friends on New Years Eve, and we had a great evening. As the restaurant is rather small we almost felt as eating in a private home. The meal was delicious, and the waiters were very good. At midnight the new year was celebrated with champagne :-).

Although Montpellier not known for bouillabaisse, I thought it should be good because of proximity to Mediterranean. Raw fish appetizer was pretty good and generous. The bouillabaisse tasted good but was cold and was heavy on potatoes. The restaurant is in a very nice walled off garden but you could hear street noise.

We visited here on a recent trip to Montpelier. The house is very nicely restored and the setting is very pretty. There are quite a few good menu options. We didn’t do the tasting menu as we were not hungry enough and we took one menu and one a la carte. For starters we have the baked oysters and ceviche... More

In a quiet street only minutes walk from Comedie or Antigone it is well worth seeking out. This is an old restored building set in a walled garden, tables set outside in suitable weather. Staff were welcoming, professional and efficient. We opted for the Menu Gourmand (3 courses €42). Amuse-bouche unusual and full of flavours. Outstanding starter was the scallops... More

My wife and I ate here on Boxing Day. You have to look for the door in the side street which is kept closed, but push it open and up some stairs you find yourself in a hallway and are greeted there before being shown into the dining room. It is almost like eating in someone's front room and in... More

It is a lovely courtyard, with a sweet fountain, plenty of space for everyone, a very nice garden effect. The service is friendly, the food terrific! ..imagine my surprise for example, one evening, having 4 or 5 different types of tomatoes as part of my salad! ..And everything else is very very high quality. I have been there several times... More

Found on the Tripadvisor site, we reserved this restaurant for lunch Christmas day, with the menu at 65 euro. Entrance was through a large green door direct onto the street, a confidential kind of address which we would have overlooked had we not known where to go. Inside the welcome was charming, and we were steered to our table next... More
