We had a wonderful meal, and the service was amazing. They really made us feel welcome, and they were very understanding of my wife's aversion to cheese and my allergy to wine (ironic, yes, in France). I would heartily recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Montpellier -- and of course to anyone who lives there, if they don't already know about it. It's hard to pick a favorite course, but the roasted figs we had for dessert were superlative, and the fish was fantastic. Thank you to the people there for such a wonderful meal.

Everything was perfect. The warm welcome, the atmosphere of the room, the chef comes from the first dish to concentrate on his refined and creative cuisine, the appropriate quantities, the attentive service. The sommelier recommended a delicious wine at a very reasonable price.

I take no risk in recommending this restaurant as long as you are demanding! Indeed the wow wow effect is there as soon as we enter where everything is beautiful, sober, classy, serene and contributes to our well-being. In the world of consulting, we explain that we rarely have the opportunity to make a good first impression twice! here the first impression is good and the rest lives up to our expectations. We appreciated the interpersonal skills and know-how of all the Collaborators, like the Chef who presents the appetizers to all the tables. The originality, the presentation (of the culinary art) and the flavors of each of the dishes (what we look for first) are at the level of our desires and this with excellent value for money in comparison with other starred establishments of the Michelin guide disappointing. Once again, congratulations to this team.

We loved this restaurant recommended by friends. The modern decor is a change from the ordinary and immediately immerses us in the chef's world. We were initially a little surprised by the blind menu but after pointing out what we didn't like, the evening went wonderfully. The cuisine adapts to your tastes and the parade of dishes is succulent. The opened kitchen offers an additional view, the service is efficient and very professional. The chef comes to serve a dish or chat with you. The interactive wine list is short but well-stocked and our food and wine pairing by the glass was successful. The value for money is excellent for this level of restaurant and the Michelin Guide star is well deserved. An address to do and do again in Montpellier.

Frankly, this restaurant, which doesn't look like much on its exterior, is a gem. You are received like kings and for a Michelin-starred restaurant it is not “stilted”.
The dishes are sophisticated, excellent, diversified with products that we are not used to consuming.
The view of the kitchen shows that everything is well run and well oiled, not a cry, no irritation.
Chef Guillaume Leclere is very present and supervises everything with the eye of the master that he is. Sincerely if you can, go ahead you won't be disappointed and for a 55€ menu you will taste real chef's cuisine.

For us the best restaurant in Montpellier.
Original and creative cuisine, the chef manages to surprise us each time and introduce us to new flavors.
The new room is really nice, despite a full restaurant, no hubbub and we were able to chat without problem.
The perfect service, friendly, professional (without being pretentious) and rhythmic.
We were with 2 children aged 10 and 8 who enjoyed and tasted all the dishes with adapted portions, and a gesture that we greatly appreciated was a slight modification of the 2nd dessert to adapt to their taste.
We all had a perfect time as a family.
Bravo to the chef who perfectly understood how to take us into his world by combining cuisine, atmosphere and service.

Meals for lunch, to take full view and taste buds.
The service enhances this moment shared around fresh and local products.
We liked this restaurant for its authentic and avant-garde atmosphere.
For a lunch around 55€ per head (excluding drinks), we were pleased.
If you are in Montpellier and looking for refined cuisine, we can only advise you.

Gourmet restaurant in a beautiful space, very well renovated with great taste, in the city center.
Ask for a table with a view of the serving hatch in the middle of the room - otherwise with the tables along the walls, a person can look towards the wall, not very pleasant - thinking about the arrangement of the tables will be good.
Otherwise, a very pleasant 6-course gastronomic menu (dinner 85 E), with high technicality and many subtle and surprising tastes. Food/wine pairing (45 E) very good and generous service, competent sommelier.
Well-established team and service works like a ballet, impeccable!
Discreet and efficient presence of chef Leclere who visits all the tables.
Very nice evening, thank you!

We were won over by our dinner at Leclère cuisine d’arrival. Everything was perfect: the attentive staff, the chef who came to present us a dish, the surprising and exquisite menu, and the view of the kitchens. We loved the choice of food combinations with a special mention for the cuttlefish tagliatelle with wild fennel, Mediterranean anchovy and pollack. We highly recommend it.

A family lunch. Everything was perfect: the staff was very welcoming and smiling, we particularly appreciated the advice of the sommelier who helped us choose the two bottles of wine perfectly suited to the menu. Everything was delicious, successful and mastered with very interesting flavors, especially the lean served with a head juice tartlet and guinea fowl stuffed with orange. Special mention for both desserts including one with cherry. We loved this gastronomic experience with excellent value for money. Congratulations to Guillaume Leclere and his team.

We were 2 couples and took the arrival menu with food and wine pairing. The appetizers and dishes are sought after and approach “goldsmith cuisine”… but the promises in the title of the dishes are not always kept: for example a starter with green beans/black garlic/a quenelle of ice cream with sheep's milk...where you don't smell black garlic or sheep's milk. The same goes for a dish with strips of dried meat and leek fondue: you don’t taste the cuttlefish or the leek. On the other hand, great mastery of cooking and very good sauces, to do it well this restaurant really needs to not forget the taste of the products.
The wines and their pairings were quite disappointing: a first white wine with little nose or length in the mouth, a second white wine that we are praised as an old vintage (2014) but tending towards rancio, a good red wine but a lot too strong to accompany veal.
The kitchen is open, so we can see the brigade preparing the dishes and desserts, but at 10:30 p.m. the whole brigade started cleaning up, right down to the broom on the floor, the noise of which covered our conversation. It really spoils the party! Personally, I don't go to a restaurant to watch the kitchens being cleaned.

We start with a cozy contemporary atmosphere. Mixture of materials: wood stone metal. Spaced tables!
the plate: colorful, fragrant, tasty: real research. Lots of flavor with the use of aromatic herbs in particular: chanterelles and its fir emulsion, cans and dill... original and delicious surprises: dry tagliatelle, truffle with a fried egg yolk that flows when pierced. .. all the cooking is successful and the desserts are not left out... we had the food and wine pairing: very well balanced. the team is discreet, smiling and attentive. And the chef who comes to see you when we bring you the appetizers is very friendly! The only small regret is not having told him face to face.
Only one star?!

A wonderful discovery, a 6-course surprise menu, the mystery is total and throughout our meal we loved the chef's refined cuisine. The service team is attentive and smiling, special mention to the sommelier for her very good advice! We will come back to taste delicious dishes again and be amazed again :)

First of all, congratulations to the kitchen and dining room teams because a maximum of 5 minutes of waiting between courses: it's great... The aperitifs were excellent, the cuisine refined, even the coffee was perfect! Just a small downside on certain flavors which for my taste lacked pep (I am thinking in particular of the asparagus or the coffee of the 2nd dessert) but which in no case would make me remove a star from my general opinion of this restaurant... congratulations !!!

great experience, real culinary work combining orignality, research and tradition of local products.
Among other great dishes:
A perfectly cooked mullet, a slap.
A chocolate coffee dessert that pays no price but with a perfect balance and a hint of salt that makes all the difference.
Value for money indisputable Award
Bravo, we'll be right back.
