The amuse-bouche (including sardines) was delightful. The lobster roll was just OK. The fish as a main was excellent. The dessert (chocolate in ice with muscat and mint) was delicious. Service was a bit slow, but friendly.

We made a reservation (just as well as it is a small place) and had a great meal. Not a huge choice but that's ok as it was all good. Flavours were fresh and the food was French but not super traditional. A good night.

After careful advance research, we chose this small resto for a light lunch on a Sunday, and were well rewarded. It is small, and we were lucky to have a table on the main level. The beautiful vaulted room in the lower level would have been too cold on this cloudy autumn day -- but very appealing as a retreat... More

Okay so it was Monday in Albi but what was offered at this restaurant was barely edible and very expensive. The chef could be seen taking ready cooked food and heating it up in a microwave. Of particular disappointment was the slow cooked shoulder of lamb which was far from what I was hoping for on a 29 euro menu.... More

We came in from the cold and the wet and received a warm welcome and an excellent dinner. The chestnut soup was delicious and my duck and foie gras poele cooked exactly right. The chef here, and we could see him working from our table, knows how to prepare la veritable cuisine francaise. The restaurant is a short walk from... More

Like other reviewers, we were looking for good French cuisine, and this little place does not disappoint. Emilie, who does front of house, gave us a really warm welcome, on what turned out to be a stormy evening last Saturday. The restaurant quickly filled (usually a good sign), and the chef Eric Savy managed to produce all the food freshly... More

The ambiance and the quality of the food and service were excellent! We had the mid price menu and the food was wonderful. The atmosphere was very personal and the location is very close to the cathedral, although just on the other side of the bridge.

IF you have got time, to wait for your dishes, you will have an experience - what does it mean French cuisine.

Had the €39 menu which was excellent. Beautiful food and excellent service, thoroughly recommend. All the courses were well cooked and the wine was also excellent.

Wonderful food and service in this small cosy restaurant in Albi. Really high quality for the modest price - only the selection of wine by the glass could have asked for more. I can only recommend this super place!
