Not the best location and tucked away and mostly indoors. But a wonderful crepe smell upon walking in and i loved the cider in the barrel which comes in small vase with bowl type cups. I had the salted butter and brow sugar crepe and combined with the cider and excellent treat!!
As a result of reviewing the Trip Advisor reports this restaurant caught my eye. It was fairly empty when we entered and we were warmly greeted by staff who immediately identified that we were English and in our case anticipated a limited knowledge of French. My friend and I were looking for a crepe restaurant and just Googled options in the center of Honfleur. Well, I must say this was a hidden gem! Some of the best crepes we have ever had!! My friend I was with, lives in France so for her to even say so means it was good! The sausage, potato, crème... More
A frosty winters visit to Honfleur led us to La Cidrerie. I have always been advised to eat where the locals eat and in this case we just beat them in. A great little creperie. Lots of fillings to choose from. We all had a savoury, then a sweet crepe. Our kids aged 9 and 12 loved it and one of them is very fussy! Would recommend to families and anyone who loves crepes. Husband tried the cider and liked it too.
Interesting offer of Normand pancakes on to os standard Breton gallettes. small but very fast service and good quality.
