the worst thing about this restaurant is that it is totally owned by Sri Lankans and they serve good for nothing food under the brand name of India. It is utterly disgusting and I do not recommend it to anyone. Slow service, ignorance and weird choice of menu are all total turnoffs.

There were very few dishes for vegetarians, the food was not spicy at all, they didn't have any chilies nor any pappadums, the naans were so undercooked we couldn't eat them. Nothing was tasty and it was far too pricey. To avoid if you like real or even decent Indian food.

Small family run restaurant. Seemed to be very popular with locals. Service not very fast but done with a smile. Vegetarian thali was good and adequate quantities. Kulfi for dessert. The raita was rose coloured which was unusual.

I wished I had seen the review that was posted in September. I booked this restaurant for my husbands birthdat 2nd October with my daughter. It looks very cute, it is small. My husband asked for a choice of 2 indian beers from the menu which they did not have. The chicken tikka starter was nice. BUT the main !!!... More

I've been to India a couple of years ago and since then, I've looking for a good restaurant that could make me feel like I was there again. So, when I discovered this restaurant with my friends, I was really amazed. First of all, the couple who run it are extremely kind and polite. Once, I bought food to take... More

Lovely surprise to find this restaurant in Poitiers. Opened on Sunday evenings (unlike just about everything else). Run by a charming couple. Food is one of the best Indian we have eaten. It was like going to someone's home. Service is warm and friendly. Very relaxed atmosphere. We were left in peace but responded to quickly when asked.

We love France and French cooking. But tonight we wanted something different. Serendipitously, we stumbled onto this wonderful Indian restaurant. The service was warm, polite and attentive. The food was also wonderful. Everything, from the poulet tikka to the samosa legumes, was excellent. And the dhall was superb.

This is a nice little restaurant run by a family. It doesn’t have a grand décor or a great setting but serves simple Indian food at a reasonable price. We had dinner here during our recent visit to Poitiers and Futuroscope. We were greeted with a warm smile and made us feel comfortable. After ordering our food we were served... More
