We had an excellent plate of fish & chips. The fish was very fresh and the batter light crisp and not oily. The chips were crisp and tasty. The beer was delightfully cold and the service very friendly and prompt.

We went there because the plat du jour was boeuf bourgignon. We had a huge portion which was delicious but didn't really taste of red wine and bacon which are the basic ingredients of a bourgignon. Never mind it was all very good.
