Food was good- the best we had in Eze, but that is not actually saying a whole lot. Staff was super nice. I think if you like seafood, you'd be super happy (we don't).

This restaurant is a great destination in the beautiful village Eze. What we loved about the place is that the owners are cooking and presenting every plate plus the cozy interior and arches. Food is very tasty, we were a group of 15 so we ordered pasta, pizza and risotto and we shared everything. PS : Pates à la bolognaise,... More

We had a fun and filling lunch - three pizzas between four was too much for us and we took the rest away in a box. The food itself was nothing special, although we were hungry from our walk up from the station. It's the ambience though that's worth the visit (if you like that kind of thing) - vaulted... More

fun small Italian restaurant 25 steps from Chateau Eze. Good inexpensive rustic Italian food. When the lights went out the chef, this little woman banged some pots and blamed Isis!

We found this restaurant following the winding streets upward in Eze, with tables with umbrellas lining the side of the narrow street. It was a great place to stop, relax, watch the people, and enjoy a delicious pizza and glasses of wine. The service was good but unhurried, but then so were we. I would definitely visit again if I... In the minute we walked into La Taverna d'Antan .we felt welcomed The food was so good!! You must try the mushrooms risotto! The dishes were huge and the value for money was good. It's romantic and still very casual.

I would go here if I were already in the area, but would not make the uphill trek if not. It seems to be family run, excellent customer service. The area is very small and appears to be inside a cave of sorts. If you are not here before 7:30, you probably will not get a table. We tried the... More

This place gets its traffic purely by benefit of its location and perceived ambiance. My husband and I are staying in Eze village and picked this place as it seemed a cute and casual restaurant close to our hotel. We've lived in Europe over 8 years and needless to say the food is NOT great as some of the other... More

I'm having a hard time writing about or meal at this local charmer. My senses are going into overload just remembering the life-changing pastas we experienced in this casual pathway café. It wasn't even a meal time when we stumbled upon La Taverne, but just smelling at looking at the diner's pastas, I knew everything about this place was right.... More

Wonderful positioning for outside dining as was a hot day and the breeze channeled between buildings. Keeping us cool.inside dinning room is amazing, very cave like. Food suburb, best salad I experienced through last 4 weeks. (Sicilian). Heard person on nearby table mention best meal he has had. Staff wonderful and friendly, even invited me back into the kitchen to... More
