Had a reservation here for our anniversary on the suggestion of Hyatt concierge. Got there on time for our reservation and the place was hopping. That's great, but unlike other French restaurants they had not held any seats for reservations. They run the American way... all the seats were filled. We waited about 15 min and the hostess brought us... More

Had lunch here sitting outside. The food was very good and the restaurant had a great atmosphere - bustling while others nearby seemed quite empty. We were lucky to get a table as we hadn't booked. A bit expensive perhaps but certainly worth it.

Having arrived a few hours earlier, we had planned to have lunch at our hotel but the restaurant was full. We therefore found ourselves wandering in search of somewhere that looked suitable. Years of eating out have made us aware how opportunistic dining is so hit and miss and how important it is to find a resting place before hypoglycaemia... More

Very busy and popular restaurant. Seating outside is cramped but staff are very fast and efficient. Madame maitre' d can be rather offhand but it's worth waiting for a table. The food is excellent. Recommend the Frogs legs....the risotto underneath is the best! Creamy, garlicky and the crispy deep fried bits that come off the frogs leg into the risotto... More

Reservations required. Wonderful setting buffered from the bustling sidewalk. This was our best meal in Nice. Elegant and creative dishes were scrumptuous. Service was OK - probably the least friendly we have found in Nice. Nothing rude - just not welcoming. They gave our friend a hard time when he went to the loo thinking he had walked in off... More

We popped in on a rainy weeknight. Not too busy and got a table on the patio. Good service, and food was tasty. Cigar friendly establishment which was a big plus!

... it is not a consistent experience! Nicole and staff have unreliable behavior, and this can lead you to a wonderful or a detestable experience, can't figure it out. Otherwise, it is a wonderful setting and the menu is very nice.
