We visited Marseille on a cruise ship & having seen what we wanted to do - ride the tourist train to the cathedral & walk around the Old Port, the reviews & location for this restaurant convinced me that this was the right choice for...More

Down by the old port in Marseille, this little restaurant is at the end of the harbor near to the MUCEM. If you're in the vicinity, GO. It's a treat. First, the food. It is terrific - tasty, delicious and gorgeous to look at. The...More

Au Bout serves a fine combination of seafood and grilled meats. Salmon tartar is a wonderfully fresh starter, and loup and filet mignon of pork were both fine, though the the pork was a touch overdone. The service staff was sprightly and very friendly, and...More

Had one if the best starters ever, pan fried squid with garlic and parsley, absolutely recommended. Honest quality food at a fair price, friendly service. Big contrast with some of the other tourist traps on the Vieux Port

I stumbled on this restaurant by chance and they were super friendly and treated me so well, I was on own and was given a great table. I had a superb sole meuniere, perfectly cooked. I can truly recommend this restaurant

In the Land of Bouillabaisse and costly Fruits de Mer, this little restaurant is a breath of fresh air. We had a set menu for dinner with three choices for each course. Perfect for this style of restaurant. Starters were elegant and very well prepared...More

Worth the price for fresh seafood artfully prepared. No English menu (not a tourist trap) and the staff were great about translating for us. Sea bass and linguine with prawns were both phenomenal.

Food was good. Staffs can speak English but limited. Staffs were friendly to find me a table despite not having a reservation. I had the soupe de poisson, very Provencal. A bit fishy for me, but it was still a pleasant experience. I also had...More

The food was good but the choices and portions are limited and the prices are high. I guess that makes it relatively authentic. The only thing we found frustrating was the main meal price on the board was higher on our bill. We didn't say...More
