Very busy wine bar with friendly staff and the right food for hungry wine lovers: 500 gr Côte de Boeuf from the BBQ - or a Dorade au Four are perfectly prepared. We had a great time meeting with wine makers from Alsace - these guys are everywhere... !

Very nice and easy going. I went in an tasted some reds by the glass. For that purpose I can recommend.

Very friendly staff served excellent food. The menu was quite short (always a good sign). Recommend the Pork Ribs and the Cod with rice. Also very good platters of cheeses and cold meats

As three (nearly) mature ladies, we came in to enjoy a dinner between friends and that's just what we did. The background music was loud enough to be enjoyed but not so loud you weren't able to have a descent conversation. The service was friendly, not too slow but not rushed either, the food was very tasty indeed. The wine... More

Waw what an experience! We arrived early but the place outside was full so we opted to sit at the bar until our friends arrived. What a treat, we got to taste some excellent wine and chatted with Georges behind the bar. A nostalgic chat about the old Marseille. We then moved outisde and had a very decent meal. The... More

I visited together with my mother and son (who is nearly two). We sat outside and enjoyed the atmosphere. The service was fine, but a little unfocused and slow. My mother and I drank three different wines (and a beer) between the two of us and I feel, considering that it's a wine bar, that it would have been nice... More

We saw this place in the Lonely Planet and decided to pay it a visit. The owner was not very nice and/or welcoming and didn't seem to want to spent to much time on us. The waiter was however very nice and helpfull and took plenty of time to help us with wine selections, keeping in mind our taste and... More

Enjoyed an excellent dinner here, on one of their outside tables. The food really good, not a huge menu but still plenty of choice. My boudin noir was outstanding, delicously savoury with lots of fresh vegetables, my wife's steak and chips pretty good, and the fish and chips that the couple at the next table looked pretty good too! As... More

On Monday all restaurants in the area are closed. Thankfully this place was opened and saved us from having to eat at the nearby tourist traps. We drank good wine by the glass and the food was impressive for the price. We had foie gras, tomato bread with anchovies, potato sides, boudin noir, hareng fumé, dessert a few glasses of... More

We were booked at another restaurant but they opened at 7:30 and we were hungry at 6.. So we went to this place instead. Although the kitchen was still not open we were presented with a plate of delicious cheeses and charcuterie and fresh warm bread and possibly the best olive oil I've ever tasted. The service was very friendly... More
