The ambiance is great. The staff are very nice and welcoming. The food is just fine. We had Momos and Cashew chicken. It was fine but nothing to write home about.
The hotel suggested we eat at the Katmandou and what a good recommendation. A cosy and warm restaurant with excellent attentive service. Calm atmosphere. The food was delicious and their set menus are really good if you don't know what to order and excellent value for money. Well worth searching out.

Although there was nothing wrong with the food the word that springs to mind is: bland. The spices seem to be so toned down that they are undetectable. Maybe I came on a bad night as the place was full by 8.30. The cheese nan was the best part of the meal
Nice, cozy place with really friendly owners. Everything was well cooked and really tasty. Even for me, not much of a spicy food fan, the chili chicken was perfectly spiced up to rank 2 out of 10!
