This is a big establishment with several different sections including a lively bar. Definitely more focused on loud partying youngsters than families. We had lunch here. The two soups, onion and vegetable, were both really bad and heavily overpriced. A small piece of bread cost 1,90 Euro. Good for afterski if you are into partying.

World famous as this is, it has to be experienced to be believed. We arrived at 3pm and the party was in full swing. Minutes later we were dancing on the tables, raving away as the incredible hosts cranked up the atmosphere. Be prepared for the horrendously expensive drinks prices but, when you can rave in the snow on the... More

Stopped here for a coffee late morning. Waited to be served. And waited. And waited. Gave up and went elsewhere.

This was my first visit having been recommended by many seasoned skiers.. Exceptionally loud music which my party thought might create an avalanche. However the brave scantily dressed ladies performing on the high wire helped to alleviate any concerns. It was so busy that we were unable to purchase a drink.

You will hear it before you see it! Tricky enough slope to get to it (especially when you can't take your eyes of the dancers up high! - well that's my story and i'm sticking to it). Its also a tricky enough run down to the bottom so don't dilly dally at the party :) Has to be seen at... More

After already seen Folie Douce Méribel and Val Thorens, we went to Folie Douce Val d'isère/Tignes. This Folie Douce owes the France Après ski scene, live acts, very good signers, good ambiance, plenty of space to dance or chat and very good food at la Fruitière! Drinks a little bit pricy, but the live acts and music compensates that part!... More

Wild. Purely and simply mad. Never seen anything like it. Must try it if you are here and remember if you get carried away the cable car will get you back down the mountain

Everything you have ever heard about this place is true and so on. It is a bucket list experience. But don't get too carried away there is some difficult skiing especially if you get too drunk and miss the lifts.

Great location in between Val Disere and Tignes. They have a gondola that can take you back down if you have had too much to drink. However if you party there late, beware it's a challenging slope to get back down to the village (La Daille). Big space and great sound system. Lively crowd. Real Austria like Apres Ski

Ok, let's make it clear, you have to stop there one afternoon to experience the ambiance, even though it's slowly turning into a pure commercial attraction where everything as a price, and better be a high one... Was once the place to be in Val when having a break on the slopes, still fun but surely not the place. Try... More
