It was fantastic. Surprising dishes, delicious taste, good matching wines, friendly and competent staff, nice interior. We can recommend to go to 5!

I really wanted to like this place after all the good reviews. But maybe breakfast isn’t the best time to go. Only one choice of breakfast with only a boiled egg. I asked if I could have it scrambled. The answer was ‘no‘. Not sure...if it’s more complicated to boil or scramble an egg. They do need an oven for either. And they found time to put micro plants on the butter and the cold cuts. Mediocre quality of ingredients. Nobody asked if I wanted another Coffee or another glass of Prosecco. Cost of 2 breakfasts (with one boiled egg each), Cafe with Milk, Latte Macchiato, glass of Orange Juice and 2 glasses of Prosecco: 69 Euros. Sorry lovely waitress, but my only two words are pathetic and pretentious for concept and execution. I don’t believe that warrants a Michelin Star. If you don’t want to do breakfast properly, don’t do it.More

An absolutely amazing experience - maybe not the greatest and most romantic location especially if you want ot sit outside. But the food ist just speechless and probably unmatched in Stuttgart. Alexander Dinter is a truly creative chef and brings brilliant ideas of his own...to his seasonally inspired menu.More

We made a reservation on line for the bar which has the 3 course meal option. We had a nice welcome and the service was great. The bar area was very comfortable and quiet compared to the restaurant upstairs. We started with the Prosecco quince...and Rosemary gin apertiffs. The quince drink was very tasty but not a fan of rosemary in gin. We ordered the risotto, the perch, the grazing veal, and the raspberry pistachio dessert. The service was great and the meal was started with 3 different little balls for each of us. The brown one was excellent but the green plant based one was not. Later we were served a minuscule type of "salad" with olive "ice-cream"?? Odd--not great. Later the bread and "butters" arrived. We preferred the one with lemon and dill and the prosecco bread. Finally the risotto arrived. It was very tasty but lacked actual risotto. More would have been better. Almost 2 hours into the meal the main course arrive. The veal was good and the non Hollandaise sauce was great but the cauliflower was barely decorative. The fish came with a "boullibaisse sauce" which was not great. We were expecting the dessert when something else came that was terrible and actually caused sores in my mouth--too much citrus. The dessert was excellent. For the price we would have preferred more from the menu items and fewer "extras". The main courses were too small for the price.More

Each meal of each course is phenomenal, with wonderful pairings. If you do not drink, they have non-alcoholic pairings that are well thought out and incredible.

Wow!! What a wonderful experience. We opted to let the chef “surprise” us with the menu as well as the wine pairings for a full 5 course gastronomic experience. The team did not disappoint. From starters through main courses, to dessert, every pairing was perfect...and a wonderful evening capping off a fantastic visit to Stuttgart on this trip. Highly recommended 👍🏼🍷👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼More

I have been with my father for dinner at the 5. The dishes were creative and well executed. The kitchen team challenged the status quo and went beyond the ordinary. I personally didn’t like the decor but that is just a personal taste. What I...would recommend is to give out the menu at the beginning. I would like to have the dishes written before me, not only mentioned verbally.More
