Warm welcome, but English menu difficult to find! Excellent value for money, we had very ample portions. Cosy atmosphere, well used by apparent locals. Very low level background music, if at all. Seemed cooked to order. Cheery staff. Probably has outdoor area, but too dark and chilly to investigate!

Had a nice hearty meal here with family. Its located in Aubing so you will get a "town" feel to this place with plenty of locals having their meals there.I liked the decor inside..it was cosy and friendly. You cannot beat the prices...good variety of schnitzel on the menu.I do not understand previous reviews of not getting good service..everyone here was friendly... We were shown to a table on the terrace but then ignored. No effort to offer us a menu or a drink. Decided to go to neighbouring Apollon restaurant instead where we had an excellent welcome and meal.

A restaurant that is offering frozen pomme frites instead of real fried potatoes says enough. The service was relatively better and friendly.

We tried this place as it had good reviews and looked homely from the outside. The place was very busy, but it was obvious from the start that this is a locals eating establishment and we did not feel welcome. We were sat at a table and the waiter did not speak any English, except for - Schnitzel and Asparagus,... More

Limited beer selection, but the menu is robust. Many different types of Schnitzel in traditional sauces. The potato salad is excellent. Friendly to Americans.

This is a local pub with good beer and good food. Lots of room to eat outside and friendly service make it an inexpensive option for an evening meal in a friendly environment.

It's loud and packed, filled with locals and tourists. Typical bavarian dishes as Schweinshaxn for decent prices. Always special themes such as Oktoberfest (with an unbeatable offer of 3,90€ for a litre of beer compared with 10,90€ at the Oktoberfest!!), venison in the fall or asparagus weeks in the springtime. Service is friendly, not too fast and sometimes they mix... More

We stopped in here for a night cap after going to Oktoberfest for the day. It seemed like a cozy neighborhood pub. It is a cozy neighborhood pub. However the service was off putting and they seemed aggravated that we walked in. It was not late, there were several other patrons there. There was no reason for us to be... More

As a rule we try not to eat at the same place twice - but sometimes there are exceptions. This is restaurant where you can eat hearty food and mix with the locals in a village like atmosphere. There are a number of communal tables and we found ourselves eating with friendly locals. They prepare a very good variety of... More
