After a walk through the tempelhofer we called in on the off chance. Staff were very accommodating and the food and drink were super tasty. You won't go wrong.

Haus made beers on draft and able to take away in one liter bottles. Very friendly staff and a great place to have a pint!

We ate here a couple of times recently. The beer is good and we enjoyed the goulash and shnitzel Master Brewer very much. Cheese not so much, desserts not tested. The place has a good atmosphere and seems popular with local people, usually a good sign. Mains were about 9-10 euro for a generous portion.

Brauhaus Sudstern has the privilege of in my opinion the best brewpub in Berlin brewing some of the tastiest beer's in this beer mad city. The brewpub itself is superb with a massive interior, light and airy with pine tables and chairs,a long serving bar and beer and brewing ephemera plastered all over the bar area. The beer garden is massive... More

We were there as a group of 12 persons on a Friday evening We had booked in advance to be sure to get a table. The beer is made by in the pub and is very good. The food is typical german and austrian (Wienerschnitzel, steamed pork,...) The service is nice and relaxed, but efficient, so don't be stressed, enjoy... More

We read about Brauhaus Sudstern on Trip Advisor and it sounded like a nice night out. It's easy to find with a lovely outside garden and pleasant atmosphere. The food and beer were great but the waiters were all rude to the point of being hostile. We were so intimated by our waitress we didn't ask for extra drinks and... More

Nice pub with live music, very good food especially pork. It is worth the price and the distance it is in Kreuzberg.

Staying in Neukolln

Neighbourhood Profile
No Berlin neighbourhood is more popular with the young and jet-set crowd than the old worker's district of Neukölln. With so many Turkish settled here, the area became known as “Little Istanbul“. Today the percentage of foreigners is still high and visitors still frequent the Turkish shisha bars. In the daytime, they also visit the designer shops and sit by the canal in one of the street cafés up and down Westerstrasse or at Maybachufer, having a beer and waving to the sightseeing boats as they float by. But at night, Neukölln is dominated by increasingly young, alternative, and international crowds. This is particularly evident in the northern section of the district where there are many bars, funky clubs, galleries and restaurants. There, the night never seems to end.
