Chose this place as it had high online ratings, and probably had higher expectations. I would believe it is standard middle eastern food, while moroccan food in my imagination is something different. This place serves takeaway kebabs, and inside we ordered big platters with meat...More

Went here for my birthday dinner while in Berlin. We were warmly greeted at the door and immediately taken inside to our table. We were instantly impressed by the restaurant, made to look like the interior of a cave. The seats were cushioned and so...More

The restaurant has unusual decor and is warm and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Lots of interesting dishes on the menu - I had the Tagine Oases which was beautifully cooked and delicious. Definitely worth a visit.

Healthy portions of grilled meats, marinated vegetables, peppermint tea at a table or sitting on the cozy floor carpets. A Kreuzberg institution!! Fun social place to meet friends or visit with a family. No alcohol available. Good mango lassis.

Berlin's revolutionary heart and immigrant roots can
both be found in Kreuzberg, but this central
neighbourhood is beginning a new chapter. In the
1950s and '60s, Turkish guest workers settled around
Kottbusser Tor, while in the 1980s and '90s,
rambunctious squatters and artists gathered to live a
carefree life here. An old hospital even became a
hotspot of riots between squatters and police. Today
