We had an excellent meal here. The atmosphere is really nice, and the food is special and very good. Absolutely worth a visit if you want a fancy meal. The only negative was that the 5 course meal wasn't available for vegetarians and that it...More

Nothing to say other than amazing. The red wine, 24 hour beef, the dessert i have eaten (forgot the name, it was maden with grapefruit, marshmallow, pepper etc.) were all glorious. Thanks for the best dinner in my a-week Berlin visit.

We came to the restaurant without expecting much and were pleasantly surprised by the food, presentation and service. We really enjoyed our dinner and were pleased by the non-alcohol pairing they suggested.

Great Restaurant with service minded staff. The meny had so much good stuff on it so we had to go for the 5course meal. I also had the deluxe wine pairing. It was excellent. Thanx for great service, good food and fantastic wine.

I visited and reviewed Le Faubourg in dec 2015. Recently, in April 2017, I went back. They have kept their concept of offering the main dishes as "traditional" or "noveau". My enthusiasm from my first visit led me to expectations of top class and even...More

Elegant and nice restaurant. Unfortunately the food is the classic north European: elaborate but not particularly tasty. That's because I'm used to Italian food. For the rest the environment is very charming and the location very central. The service is fast and nice.

Everything about Le Faubourg was classy. Wait staff friendly and knowledgeable, service impeccable, food fantastic. Each dish was a portrait of colors and the taste added to the visual impression. Highly recommend giving it a try. It's way over the top.

Situated at the Sofitel hotel in a central location, I was unsure what to expect given that hotel restaurants can vary massively in taste and value. No worries on either score here though. While the a-la-carte looked tempting, we were encouraged to go with the...More

Situated right along the Kudamm, the elegant, and at the same time casual, Restaurant Le Faubourg has the flair of culinary hot spots in Paris. Under the management of Chef de Cuisine Felix Mielke, the interpretation of French cuisine is a dominant theme. Beginning with "Starters to Share", guests can start off their meal together in a simple and unconventional way. The main dishes offer a choice between the traditional method of preparation and each modern interpretation of the meal. The focus here continues to be French cuisine with regional and seasonal products. The seasonally-adapted menu offers a constant variety of dishes for lunch that dovetail with the restaurant's new philosophy. Another highlight is the revised wine selection that complements Felix Mielke's creations. Originating above all from German and French wineries with small family operations.
