We came across Emma's for lunch which was located amongst a number of other restaurants. We loved our schnitzel meals and enjoyed it so much we went back. When I read of one poor review I wouldn't be surprised if it was the food directly...More

This restaurant serves typical German food. The food was very good, the portions were big. The special dish is schnitzel cooked in different ways. The owner was so helpful and everything he suggested was very good. Also the prices were reasonable.

We visited Emmas because we wanted to try something different and we had a pleasant surprise. This is not your average Berlin restaurant as it offers some unique combinations of tastes. For instance, the lentil soup with sausages was amazing. The schnitzel was traditional German,...More

Just awful. I was very worried about getting food poisoning. Even the beer seemed off. My daughter got Wiener schnitzel and it tasted soapy. My husband got beef roulade. Yikes. It was leather around flabby bacon. I got goulash. Meat in a greasy sauce. The...More

The food is good, but the service was great. The waiter spoke Spanish, which made the difference as my mother in law does not speak English (nor German). Plates are big, so maybe it will be a good idea to share.

Had a lunch in Emmas. Waiter forgot one order and the ordered soup was microwaved and only partly hot. Other orders were tasty with no complaints. My daughter got her steak finally 20min after we had finished. The compensation for this was -10% from the...More

The restaurant was good and the food was very tasty. The portion size was generally good but vegetarian portions were slightly smaller. We ate outside and were provided with blankets when it began to get cold. Overall great service.

We ordered some tapas and the food was tasty, but not very special. The employees were really kind and do make this restaurant a real recommendation. They gave us a liter of beer as a present. They really make a difference.

Our guidebook recommended this restaurant so we were delighted to note that it was just steps away from our hotel, Radisson Blu, near Museum Island. The cafe is located on a large patio with many other cafes. The patio area is covered with a transparent...More

The centre of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights
