Sad, uninspired location nearby Kurfüstendamm. The skyrocketing prices unfortunately don't match the outdated ambience.

Very nice pub, but it is in the wrong part of town not very many tourists be in the area. The night i was in the people in the pub were not irish or english at all mostly german, meaning things like premier league football and GAA were definitely not going to be shown on television. We were welcomed into this Irish bar by a polite waitress who showed us to our table. The atmosphere was very calming with Irish music in the background and Irish pictures surrounding every wall. We ordered drinks and they came within 1 minute. So far the quality of service was extremely satisfactory. I have to say that the location of... More

The waiter was a friendly Croation guy and that is the best thing about this poor pub. They did not show Premier League and the food was trully terrible. I tried some baked potato which was awful and looking at the menu with traditional Irish dishes, there is Currywurst and pasta.....Irish pubs are usually cosy wth a friendly athmosphere and... More

Two Saturdays in a row I went here to watch Irish international fixtures. The first time I was informed that they were not showing the Ireland v Austria football match because it was "rugby night". Then upon returning the following Saturday to watch Ireland v New Zealand in rugby, I was informed that they were not showing any sport at... More

Alas we only got to this venue once but was my hi-light, mainly because of the service which was very friendly and helpful. A really good atmosphere as you would expect from an Irish bar eh.

Not an Irish pub, did not show Irish soccer when I asked and have no idea about GAA. The place smelled and the beer was warm and way over priced. Guinness was terrible. But some of the the staff were friendly.

We were on our way to visit the wonderful Cafe Klo when we decided to drop into here for a quick beer . It's a proper Irish pub with a cool interior, great pub and beer posters and assorted enamels, plenty of seating options both inside and out ,just one lovely pub to enjoy a nice Guinness or two. We were here... More

ANSWER - When it contains BEEF. This venue has "Irish" in it's title - but serves Beef and not LAMB - which is the main ingredient in this popular Irish dish! Our 2nd Mains item was the Chicken Thai Curry. Both were served in/on COLD dishes/plates. Notified the Waiter, but he just didn't react.

Thank Clem C

Staying in Charlottenburg

Neighbourhood Profile
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighbourhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theatres close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
