Food was ok loved our starter but was let down by the main, both dishes were bland and not up to scratch. Service was good but that sadly doesn't make the food taste any better.

Second time at this restaurant and loved every dish they served. Accepts all major credit cards including AMEX which is very convenient. The spicy fried chicken, the hor fun and crispy whole fish in black bean sauce were just marvelous. Will definitely return to this restaurant again on all visits. Service was excellent and food arrived without any delay. Great... More

We were looking for something different (after a few steak meals). This place was on our way home. Very nice food and very good value. The staff were fantastic.

Been on holiday for a few weeks and we wanted to eat something other than German/European food. The Ho Lin Wah Chinese restaurant offers the typical wide range to which we are accustom. Good food, served without fuss. They had a bit of trouble with a Credit Card payment - the machine would not communicate properly - but rather than... More

While in berlin 24/29 july went here one evening for dinner.Despite being busy service was quick. As a starter I ordered prawn cocktail...in the uk one would get a few lettuce leaves with prawns and sauce in a wine glass...this was in a dinner plate...a meal on its own.I followed this by roast duck with fried rice...beautiful.

Located in a courtyard off the street. We ate there after deciding not to wait at another restaurant, and just happened to pass it. The food and service were fine. Nice and quiet. Reasonable prices.

As asian the food werent fit to our taste buds. They were modified to suit the taste of european people. If you want authentic chinese then try to find other place

Decent place for lunch and really cheap in price but acceptable in quality. It is westernized cooking but still Chinese, much better than fast Wok to Go but not much more expensive, with table clothed service.

Staying in Charlottenburg

Neighbourhood Profile
Charlottenburg
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighbourhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theatres close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
