A group of Greek friends went there for dinner because we missed Greek cuisine! After we ordered they brought us the bread on a napkin. After we tasted the bread a friend noticed something on the napkin... there were two cores of olives attached to the napkin! Completely disgusting!!! If they use again the napkin I don't want to think... More

Local to our apartment. Dropped in on a cold Monday night. Very welcoming and soon felt at home. Good cold starters and main course. Good value. If you are staying nearby I would definitely pay a visist

We loved this place. We had a mixed platter and a halumi salad and it was huge and soo tasty! It feels like they are very passioned about their food and the customer is definitely the king! Very lovely traditional place.

Salads and meat dishes all seem very tasty and large portions. Drinks not overly priced. Would eat here again. Children friendly.

We keep going back to this restaurant. The service is great, the food is simply amazing and it's always packed with people, even on a Sunday night.

We came in the middle of the week in the evening and the restaurant was packed. What I love about this place is that they have a lot of small dishes and you can order a lot of things and taste them all. Their Gyros is really good and the wine is fantastic! The service was really good and they... More

Despite the staff that was friendly enough, the food is really bad (also in relation with prices). Some appetizers were literally covered in garlic cloves and fish was burnt or super fried. Sorry to say but not recommendable at all.

Not only the food is amazing, portions are quite big and the service makes you feel really welcome! They offered us a couple shots of ouzo and kept the whole night providing us a great experience.

Staying in Prenzlauer Berg

Neighbourhood Profile
Prenzlauer Berg
No Berlin neighbourhood has undergone a greater change than Prenzlauer Berg. The artists and non-conformists that defined the district’s intriguing subculture in the 1980s and 90s have been replaced by a young, hip crowd that frequents the many cafes. Where there were once run-down houses in the shadow of the Berlin Wall, there are now designer shops. Beautiful old homes have been modernized and renovated, and on Sundays, thousands turn the park next to remnants of the wall into a playground for street artists, musicians, and flea market shoppers. This attracts young urban families who enjoy the balance of big city life and small-town comfort. Meanwhile, trendy, young, upper-class visitors from all over the world are attracted to the local high-end shops, cafés, and sophisticated bars and restaurants. The merits of this transformation are a favorite topic of debate around the city, but it makes for some of the best people-watching Berlin has to offer.
