While sightseeing in the evening we heard some great techno music and voilà, a small but crowded place with the most intrigue name (To you or to me). Relaxed atmosphere, friendly people and cheap drinks all wrapped up with a touch of great beat. A must go place!

Read about this place from reviews and it didn't disappoint. Great chilled out vibe and decent music. Went in early and would've stayed but wanted to check out some other places. Will definitely return for a good evening, only shame was that there was no beer on draught but the hazelnut schnapps was nice.

This is one of the few bars like this left in Prenzlauer Berg, a bar that screams Berlin as soon as you reach it. No cafe latte or posh wine in sight, just good beer and good company going on as late as you like

I'm probably not the type of person this place aims to attract but nonetheless I went with a friend and can't say I had a bad time. The drinks we had were great and okay priced and the bar woman was nice. Very chilled atmosphere. The toilets need to be made a bit clearer. I can't remember how many times... More

I love that place, easy going, DJ. Drinks are fairly cheap and the bar is always full of people sitting on sofas, facing each other with almost no tables. Very Berlin like! Highly recommended.

I love that place, easy going, DJ, very Berlin like! My favourite place there if it wasn't a smokers place. There are other places that people are smoking for sure but at this place the air is terrible. You have to be drunk to endure it, sad, otherwise I would give five stars!

This bar which translates as "To me or to you" is not "cool" as many reviews are saying. In fact, it is trying so hard to be cool that it has come full circle into the "un-cool" category. This smoke filled box is full to the brim with what can only be called posers having deeo and meaningful conversations over... More

Really enjoyed my visit to this bar. Was just very cool. Laid back atmosphere, comfy seats, chilled out music. My type of bar. Love the free matches we got too :)

Staying in Prenzlauer Berg

Neighbourhood Profile
Prenzlauer Berg
No Berlin neighbourhood has undergone a greater change than Prenzlauer Berg. The artists and non-conformists that defined the district’s intriguing subculture in the 1980s and 90s have been replaced by a young, hip crowd that frequents the many cafes. Where there were once run-down houses in the shadow of the Berlin Wall, there are now designer shops. Beautiful old homes have been modernized and renovated, and on Sundays, thousands turn the park next to remnants of the wall into a playground for street artists, musicians, and flea market shoppers. This attracts young urban families who enjoy the balance of big city life and small-town comfort. Meanwhile, trendy, young, upper-class visitors from all over the world are attracted to the local high-end shops, cafés, and sophisticated bars and restaurants. The merits of this transformation are a favorite topic of debate around the city, but it makes for some of the best people-watching Berlin has to offer.
