Had a really nice dinner with a couple of drinks and huge amounts of food. Was quite an expirience. Prices are on the steeper side but the staff and the food make up for it.

I visited this restaurant tonight and just had to leave a review. I ordered the chilli con carne burrito and it was so delicious and the portion was huge. I could recommend enough and I'll definitely be back!

The servings are rich and the food is tasty. Had very good nachos with guacamole and a beef enchilada. Prices slightly high but still fair considering the servings.

Visited here on our last night in Berlin. Fantastic little non pretentious place with great food. Small and cozy just how I feel Mexican food joints should be. The barman was so friendly and makes a good Mojito! He recommended the Quesadillas...good shout mate! Full to the brim of cheese and chicken and the sour cream on top was lovely.... More

We popped in here for a drink while walking back to our hotel. The staff were very friendly and service was efficient. This is a small location. We did not eat during our visit but the food that was being served when we were there looked very impressive. Would definitely return here if I ever go back to Berlin.

We visited Berlin & were looking for a cheap eat. This please was great! We were ordering & the waiter had said we had ordered quite a lot of food & he would recommend not ordering 2 lot's of something as it was big! I found this really nice instead of trying to make us spend more he actually helped... More

My wife and I had a Burrito and a Quesadilla and they were both amazing!! The service and staff were also exceptional! Very quaint and cozy feel for a bar! We definitely enjoyed it and would highly recommend to anyone with a party of 4 or less just due to the small size of the restaurant.

This place sells the best steaks i have eaten, i have visited many times and tried many items from the menu, i've got to say i enjoyed everything. Service is great and the staff are friendly, it's quite a small place so you are better off making a reservation!....

My girlfriend and I visited the Tex Mex Cantina on our last night in Berlin - it was near our hotel and we were tired from walking around all day so we went there more for convenience than anything but it ended up being brilliant! It's a small quirky place with a cool decor and a nice friendly and casual... More

We visited this great place three times this trip...1st just after we arrived as we had been dreaming about the steaks for weeks before our trip...the staff have become friends and are so helpful. 2nd visit we had new dishes which were equally as tasty and well cooked...our las visit was just before our trip to the airport on leaving... Staying in Mitte

Neighbourhood Profile
The centre of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum Island. The central location makes this one of the city's most expensive places to live. It is here the oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence of some significant transformations, as well. The gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given way to an international crowd pursuing fashionable designer clothes, the newest food trends and frequenting the many craft shops. Graphic designers have taken up residence in what used to be backyard barns and stables. There are still vestiges of the old days, however. The occasional housing complex is a reminder of the neighbourhood’s past. And if you look carefully, an old 1920s ball house nestled amongst the art galleries and exhibitions of Auguststrasse can still teach you how to dance the old fashioned way.
