The waitstaff are really friendly. The beers are so good with wonderful food especially the pork knuckle. Go in the afternoons to guarantee you get a space because it gets crowded in the evenings!

Went there as a group of 9, it’s a massive place good beer in the tubes and the pork knuckle is a must on any trip to Germany. If we return to Mainz then Eisgrub is definitely on the program

Beer was fresh and wonderful. Sausage and schnitzel were both wonderful. Place was dynamic with sociable people everywhere! Definitely a must to return too
