We had been there with a group of ten, the food was really good (all of the dishes), but the service was rather slow, even though the place wasn't really packed. Still, it is a place you might visit if you are not starving

We had dinner at Gansedieb, close to where we were staying and have not been disappointed. The Goose leg and the fish were tasty, efficient and friendly service and good beer on tap. A solid end to a snowy day in Dresden.

The menu states that "In case you have allergies, please ask the staff for help". We did so and asked about lactose-free dishes without garlic. the response was mindboggling. "We can't oder you anything!" and the waiter took away the menu and left. Well, we...More
