We were a bit late arriving as we got lost in the Judea district..Thankfully we had reserved a table. The outside is very attractive and the inside is traditional and welcoming. The fridges as you enter are full of fresh fish and various meats. The waiters look like they have worked here all their lives.. We were given a complimentary glass... More

Enjoyed our night at El Churrasco which was recommended to us by a local. Although it is a bit touristy early in the night, by the time we left (about 10.45) it was full of happy locals tucking into well cooked meat and fish dishes. Be warned, the servings are huge, so come hungry. The food is not particularly inventive... More

Every Spaniard in Cordoba that we met recommended this restaurant. So, we had to try it out. We made reservations ahead of time but had to find it in the pouring rain. However, once we were welcomed in, the restaurant was warm and cozy. We started off with wine and appetizers of salmorejo and a seafood broth. We both had... More

Managed to get a table for two early before the place filled up with locals. Immediately greeted with a glass of fino. Service was great and good advice given. All of our food was great and coming from London seemed very good value.

We were recommended this restaurants by friends in Valencia and expected something more than the typical average tourist restaurant. It is a nice traditional restaurant and the quality of food is good even though the steak which was ordered medium rare was cooked rare, but ok that was acceptable because the quality of the meat was excellent. The house wine... More

As it was early and didn't want to engage in a full on meal we decided to have drinks. The service was poor. No complimentary tapas. There are far more intimate and charming places that are similar in this town.

One of the best lunches I have ever had. Perfectly grilled meats accompanied by the perfect wine. Seek this one out. You will not regret.

If I could give more than five stars I would. What a wonderful restaurant, ambience, service, food and wine, exquisite. We started with setas and artichokes a la plancha, our main was chuleton, for two, taken off the bone and cooked by us at the table. The flavour of the meat was superb. Our dessert was lemon sorbet in cava,... More

Our experience was marred by appalling service. Starters came out five minutes apart and before we had finished eating them the elderly and brusque waiter was laying cutlery for our main course as if we were not there. The quality of the starters and main courses was good but the desert was dire. We shared pineapple that comprised a lump... More
