A bit out of the tourist walking path is the restaurant, but very close to the Alcazar entrance. Offered a deal but little english spoken so a bit unsure what we were getting other than beef & wine. Seated outside on a eneven non-paved footpath at an old metal table. The meat was well cooked, heavily salted & not the... More

We had the 25Euro meal for 2 - steak, potatoes boiled in their skin and bottle of wine. We added a mixed salad, one dessert between 2 and 2 coffees. The total bill was 44 euros. Restaurant was empty at 8:30pm with only one other couple dining. Service excellent. Patron spoke perfect English. Steal delicious. A very good evening.

Tonight we visited the Caballerizas Reales to watch Andalucian horsemen and their mounts astound us. After the show we crossed the street to this dark little restaurant that had been touting for business only two hours ago. The place was empty at 9:30 ( unheard of in Córdoba) but despite that we had a fabulous meal and were treated like... More

Visited here after the wonderful horse show opposite. Lovely girl welcomed us with promise of a €25 menu for two to include steak, potatoes and a bottle of wine. Brilliant we thought! Asked a few times whether this price was definitely for 2 people. Commented on how good value it was, and then spoke to the chef/owner who asked us... More

We were walking by and this very persuasive young waitress invited us inside and promised a nice dinner for a special price. Old pictures of matadors and properly famous people crowded the old walls, the place is a bit worn down and the charcoal fumes from the kitchen fills the restaurant when grilling, but thats charming and kind of romantic... We had lunch here with an offer. The steak was absolutely amazing, so tender and cooked to perfection. Owner/chef was very friendly and welcoming. Worth a visit!

This was our third lunch at el Novillo Precoz over the last ten years, and it never disappoints. This is a Uruguayan Restaurant, not Spanish, and is well known for the quality of their Beef which is cooked to perfection. It a bit out of the way from the historical center, but worth the short walk. Their Sangria is a... More

This restaurant is very near to the "Alcazar de los Reyes Cristianos", so you can eat a perfect lunch with your family after your visit to this beautiful palace, as we did. We highly recommend you to try "gran entrecotte de novella", which is around 800 gr and enough for three. It costs 25 Euros and this price also includes... More
