Came to this restaurant with high hopes as had heard great things. It started off great with an attentive Maitre'd who really helped our large party feel like we had made the right choice. The menu had great options and we all sat down just prior to our starters arriving. The starters we 'OK'. Nothing to rave about for the... More

A beautiful place, romantic and cozy and loved by the tourists but only by those who have no idea what Italian food can be. Overcooked Pasta and snooty waiters make you forget the beautiful garden.

I went with high expectations, and wanted to LOVE it... but sadly the quality of the food was disappointing. First impressions were great. The place is gorgeous, and the staff are very good. The manager personally came over to say hello which was nice. I ordered the prawn cocktail for starter which was perfect. No complaints. I then fancied the... More

There is nothing I can say which hasn't already been said. This restaurant oozes class, style, opulence and romance. My husband and I visited 23 years ago on our honeymoon and return annually . We are never disappointed in the menu, food nor service and the added touch of Javier playing piano and being able to dance adds to the... More

Having visited Villa Tiberio in August 2014 with my female friend (see earlier rave review!) I decided to make the trip from nearby Mijas (€100 taxi all in) for a little trip down memory lane with another friend. We arrived a little early and received a warm welcome, glass of cava and some aperitifs whilst our table was being prepared-... More

Villa Tiberio is located near the Marbella Club Hotel. The grounds have some of the most amazing statues and photo opportunities so try to get there while there is still daylight and make the most of the outside to take photos. We ate here on a Tuesday night during October half term when it was pretty quiet. I don't know... More

Beautiful setting for myself and my beautiful lady. This restaurant is the place to see and be seen. Classic Marbella rolled into the old and new. Uber luxury, be sure to check it out if in town.

Description
Known for its high standards and splendid service, Villa Tiberio is an 18-year old restaurant and Mediterranean palazzo surrounded by lush vegetation, with a menu offering the finest Spanish produce incorporated into Italian and international recipes. Here, the pasta is homemade, the sauces are rich and full of flavour, and the osso bucco, made with Dutch veal, is bound to please any palate. Capesanti e gamberoni alla thermidor (scallops and jumbo prawns served in a cream and brandy sauce), porchetta alla Villa Tiberio (crispy roast suckling pig), and anitra all'orange (duck baked with orange and cura&ccdil;ao liqueur) are but three of the signature dishes that have made the restaurant such a popular rendezvous. And if that isn't enough, a 1938 Chateau Margaux, a Romanée Conti Grand Cru 1973, Vega Sicilia, Sassicaia and Tignanello Antinori are only a few of the many desirable wines stacked in the bodega.
