The food, the service and the view was so good. It was just so different to all the other restaurants. We just kept going back during our stay.

This restaurant on the steps is quite an amazing place. One waiter serves the entire restaurant and I might add does an outstanding job. The menu is varied and all food freshly prepared. The lamb lettuce salad is probably the best salad I have ever eaten. The chef even took the time on visit number 3 to tell me about... More

We have passed this restaurant many, many times over the years and always wanted to try it but with one thing and another we didn't seem to manage it ( thought it looked expensive, worried we wouldn't understand the menu, misbehaving toddlers in tow, restaurant shut for staff holiday's) well 16 years later and now with teenagers in tow (... In spite of the stairs it is worth a visit. Coming to the restaurant from the top of the hill is easy. But its bit of a climb if your walking up from the Beach end of the hill. How ever, there is a lift you can take to get to the top. In its self is well worth a... More

Lovely food, friendly, helpful and attentive service. We have been going here for years and recommend this fabulous restaurant. What a great find! The menu is all cooked freshly to order but still very varied and the prices are great for such high quality food. We are looking forward to next year's visit already!

We visited this restaurant during our stay. The selection of food available was good however the service was very slow due to lack of staff. But it had an intimate atmosphere and generally the evening went well. Don't expect to be hurried here.

Thank Peter H
