Must go, I am reluctant to review only because it will attract more tourists to what felt to us like one of the few resorts in granada for locals. Tiny, crowded, friendly nevertheless, modest prices and good free Tapas and a lot of atmosphere. We loved it and went there twice.

Great tapas bar with a very friendly but busy atmosphere. The short list of offers are all including the local specialities, dont miss the "Gambas a pil pil".

This bar was recommended to us by the reception at the apartments we were staying in. The vino tinto de la casa was excellent (2 euros a glass). We made the mistake of ordering two tapas (delicious and freshly cooked half raciones of fried shrimp and fried aubergine) with our drinks, not realising that a complimentary tapas came with each... It's a small place for original tapas, frequented by locals. Perfect lunch spot - especially being so well located.

We tried it before and wanted to bring friends to try it as well. It was as good as the first time. Eggplants, chili prawns, squid, wine, every single dish was very fresh and tasty. Highly recommended and worth the detour....

Seriously would have to consider this my best tapas experience ever. For our first drink we got the dog fish with shrimp. Second drink fried anchovies with shrimp (best I've had in Spain) and our third the berenjanas (to die for). Not only was the food incredible but the waiter and chef were so friendly and hospitable (I don't speak... More

This is the Spanish Tapas Bar experience, and well worth having. It is located down a narrow street near the Plaza Nueva, and make sure you stand at the bar to get the best sense of the place. We had drinks, which came with the Fried Anchovy tapas, and with a second drink came a second tapas. We also ordered... More

Wow........... Sunday 5th June 2016............ We visited at lunch time, this tucked away in a back street, authentic rare gem of a tapas palace. The food was simply delicious - tapas was free with every drink, with the option to order more from a set bar menu....... And we did - Again and again !!! Whitebait, prawns, aubergines with honey,... Another back street bar which is not found by many tourists. Just off of the Plaza Nueva in a side street, used mainly by locals. But don't let that put you off. The bar is small and has no seating, but the beer is good and cold, the tapas tend around seafood and are wonderful. A lovely traditional Spanish bar... More

Step into this timemachine - find a place at the bar and get your wine, beer or tinto de verano - and get a snack served - leave with a happy face. Or stay little longer at the bar and order a few tapas from the limited list - doing this you get a napkin + bread + a fork... More
