This is the restaurant in the hotel in which I stayed. It was so good--from the amuse-bouche to the appetizer to the interlude to the entree and dessert--I did not eat elsewhere. Excellent Andalusian cuisine. The service was attentive and the presentations were exquisite.

A market cuisine, rooted in Andalusian products and premium season but surprised diners through carefully prepared dishes in color, design and flavor. Is the signing of Spain's Best Chef 2009, Juan Andres Morilla, who leads a team of young designers whose goal is to translate the passion for their craft to conquer demanding palates.
