We initally chose this restaurant as we were just walking past and it was extremely busy inside. Although very busy, we were served immediately. There is a large extensive menu and we finally decided on the menu del dia which also had an excellent choice. I enjoyed a great pasta salad and then a chicken fillet with mashed potatoes, all... We visited La Cueva at least 4 times over the course of 3 days! I opted for the iberico ham selection and was not disappointed. The quality of the food really does speak for itself. We also got a dish of fried eggplant in honey and the head cheese, would highly recommend!

We had a heck of time getting served, even after we moved to the bar, but the tapas were good and wine was quite good.

Came in for a cup of coffee and ended up getting one of their specials; coffee, croissant and orange juice really cheap. Also a good place to just kill time and watch people pass by..

This restaurant is located in the center of Granada near the main plaza. The food is OK and our service was reasonable. We sat outside for a spectacular view of the Alhambra. The evening illumination was magical for the starry night. Worth it for the atmosphere.

I've never given such a bad review but this place deserved it. We went there at around 10 to get a bite to eat. There weren't many people ordering food but we still had to wait around 40 minutes for a plate of meat and a salad. The meat came cold and the potatoes were older than Alhambra. All in... More

In the city centre of Granada is one the best places for dinner or just a dessert. Great location, easy to find. Affordable. A mix of locals and tourists. Has small separed smoking area.

It wasn't all bad. The salads were ok but very ordinary. The ribs were ok and pork cheeks but the potato was cold and had to be sent back to be heated. The chicken was dry and inedible. Compared to other eating we have had in Spain, this was not good value for money.

There was an ad for a set 28 Euro meal for two just outside the restaurant that made us stop as we were returning from the AlHambra quite famished. The waiter at the door greeted us and explained how we could modify the menu to our liking (no alcohol or bacon). We went in and found sitting indoors a little... More

The location and the atmosphere were very nice with hams hanging from the ceiling and the waiter was good and helpful. However, the food was not all that good. Over cooked and bland. I had the spare ribs and my traveling friend had salad and chicken. And to top it off, we were sick that evening. I would not recommend... More
