We had a simple lunch here: glasses of cold beer and cheese and ham rolls, which were a little expensive. However, sitting out in the patio with a view of the gardens was very pleasant. There are rest rooms a short distance away.

We were amazed at how little known this place was; we only heard about it from some fellow travelers on a bus. But it is beautiful, historic, and off the beaten path, giving you an authentic view of Spanish history.

This is our 4th visit to the area. We love it, if your looking for a relaxing holiday with fab beach and lots of bars and restaurants on the flat then this is for you but if you want rowdy nightlife forget it, we got home yesterday and already booked up again for next year x

We have visited Los Alcazares for the last 3 years and fell in love with the place. Going in June means the town is still quiet. Two parts to it, main square with numerous restaurants and a few shops/banks/post office and the old town with its small church and Spanish cafe bars and restaurants. Lovely beach with warm waters which... More

Great part of Europe, situated in the main agricultural area of Spain, next to the Mar Menor Bay Los Alcazares has a lot to offer visitors. It is an extremely up and coming area and is used by many Spaniards as their go to 'secret holiday spot' for long weekends. The weather is usual pretty hot, consistently sunny yet can... More

This is a long tourist stop and this cafe in the gardens makes for a pleasant stay for a drink and a snack . Sit outside for a great view of the gardens or just people watch

The beach is lovely. Plenty of restaurants and bars. Both Spanish and English. Most people speak some English. Been 3 times and definitely going again.

Just awesome Real Alcazar... Hot this visit high temperatures but still wonderful. Had a drink stop in the cafe just as the queue has-been gone down and able to get a table in the air conditioning. Good service for a busy place. The gardens are wonderful and have been featured in The Game of Thrones

Thank yinkers
