We've been there for a quick bite after reading loads of nice reviews here, but we've disappointed. The place is hidden and scruffy (I don't mean dirty, just sloppy...) the staff wasn't exceptional, we tried to ask for more info about the tapas, but the guy wasn't really helpful, he was just jumping from a place to another, so we... Here the potato tortilla is a religion, and this venue is well-known for this. Maybe the best place to eat this kind of food in Zaragoza. You won't be disappointed, trust me.

This is the typical bar that brings you back to your childhood, nothing has changed since the 60, 70 or 80, same furniture and same looks. The bar is known for his tapas and specially for their tortilla de patatas which is the best that I had in my life. If you are in Zaragoza you should make it in.

Bar is very famous for its tortilla, but everything else is absolutely delicious and the atmosphere is great! Total immersion in local culture, definitely recommended of you're in Zaragoza!

Simply best Spanish omelette pinchos in town. Juicy, thick, perfect cooked, and as it is always crowded, just made. The other must is "torreznos" from Soria, that are thick Spanish stile bacon cubes, deep fried.

We came here specifically to try out the tortillas and weren't disappointed. The cafe/restaurant is so popular around lunch time it has a slightly fast food feel about it while being laid out in the typically Spanish tapas bar style. That said our potato tortillas were very yum.

More

I go there for a coffee and to read the newspaper, as it's conveniently located and it's practically always open. Although it's not the cheapest, they do have a small good selection of local tapas. It gets quite busy just after 6pm; people go there for an after-work tapa+drink. Can get quite smoky and noisy at this time!
