Fabulous food served in a beautiful setting. We had the degustation menu which was a delight with extra taste ticklers at the start and the end. The wine list had very reasonably priced bottles.

I went here for a fish meal and it was great. The Tuna tartar was perfevt and the sole on grill was great. Menu only in Spanish. Great service. You get small dishes as an extra bonus.

This was part of my birthday gift and it couldn't be better. We had two menu degustacion and it was fantastic! The place and the service were lovely, it's a very fancy place. Every dish was a surprise and extremely tasty. You can see/taste that the mix between flavours and textures has been very deeply studied. It's not a place... More

The service was delightful, the location convenient and the dining room attractive: so the setting was just right for a really memorable meal. Innovative without trying to be too clever, trusting the quality of the ingredients to speak for themselves, and with a real gift for combining and contrasting flavours, the chef is one to watch - and to revisit,... We ended our wine and food tour of Spain in Zaragoza and stumbled onto this lovely restaurant. We had amazing meals on the tour, and Novodabo was a fabulous ending. The atmosphere is elegant but not overly so. The menu was in Spanish but our original waitress did not speak English so she sent another waitress to explain the menu.... More

The atmosphere is very nice, the waitress are very friendly and speak several languages one of the them speaks french and a little bit of Spanish. The food is very good and very modern. We ate a 5 steps meal and we were very happy even though the dishes were very small.

David Boldova is one of the best chefs in Zaragoza and quite possibly in Spain. In the new space for Novodabo his elegant creations shine in a palace type atmosphere. It's a great place for business lunches or romantic dinners. Professional staff, good wine list and nicely price fixed price menus. The food is fantastic with a contemporary take on... More

Delicious modern style food attentively served. Menu in Spanish only but maitre d' spoke excellent English and explained everything to us. Portions could be viewed as small but so tasty it didn't matter. We left well satisfied. Wine suggested by staff complimented the food. Beautiful old heritage building.

The food is cooked to perfection, and is absolutely sumptuous. The environment is beautiful, a converted old traditional style house with tastefully selected modern Art work. The staff are very attentive, and well trained. I am sorry to say anything negative but I am afraid that the portions are minuscule. I was dining alone and therefore opted for half portions... More

Real good food, shouldn´t all the restaurants be focused on this? This one is. Amongst the starters excellent the "macaron de trufa" (truffle macaron), merluza con velo de soja (hake with a soy veil) on its perfect cooking point and with the soy giving a nice oriental touch. The pichon (pigeon) is juicy and crusty and to top it all... More
