I went yesterday to the restaurant for a business dinner. The restaurant is located close to plaza espana. Service and ambiente are perfect as you can expect at this level of restaurant. All food we took was done very well. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. Overall a perfect location to go. I will come back next time.

Service: fine Location: great Food: execrable None of us could finish the meal. I can't think of anything positive to say about the food. The produce was dreadful and it was prepared without care. Everyone else was only having drinks which was a sign we only noticed after the food arrived. Based on their lack of regret and failure to... More

Expensive for the ambience, it's like going to s cheap cafeteria. The cook the steaks rare regardless of how you want them. Deserts are poor

Great place with nice ambience and food! Offering very good meals, aged beef is OUTSTANDING!!! Great place for casual (in the corridor) or even bit upscale (inside). I can say their beef is one of best, aged to perfection!

We arrived late for lunch (even for Spain) but were quickly found a table. We were initially worried that this was in the cellar... but what a cellar-- this is where the best tables are. We opted for the excellent 19€ menu which included a bottle of wine for two. The wine was really good quality. There were many choices... More

Our hotel recommended La Lobera because they opened at 5 pm and were well rated. When we entered at 7 pm, we were abruptly told to sit anywhere. They were so impolite that we left to search for the 2nd recommendation only to find it closed. To pass some time, we had Cava at La Lobera's sidewalk tables with a... More

Alone on a business trip I opted for the menu of the day, very nice and fresh gazpacho, a wonderful tasty steak and fries, and some flan. A bottle of red wine thrown in for free and this was a great meal all for under 25 euro. Wow.

First waitress was lovely. And food was good. Second waitress was on her phone most of our meal, kept slapping down the cutlery, and didn't want to be there. Charged extra to replace the desert from the set menu to tea. Upon querying my receipt I was briskly explained it "wasn't included". At the end of this bitter interaction I cheekily... More

No service at all. Dont expect to get any smiling service here. Ordered a medium steak, recived a beef that was raw. No potatos for the main course, no sauce for the meat.
