The bar is in a great location but it's not a great place for "real" Asian food. It's very much Asian -Spanish fusion concept food. In my opinion, overpriced for the amounts given.

I love the unusual mix of Japanese and Aragonese cuisine! Zaragoza is full of places with great food, but unfortunately there is a rather poor selection of non-Spanish restaurants. That's why it was such a nice surprise to read about Uasabi! The prices are not as high as I expected them to be :) PS. Try the ceviche, its divine!

Some of the best food I've ever eaten....and I've eaten at a lot of very good restaurants. Sashimi was the best quality. Ceviche with side of tempura calamari sounds odd but was perfectly flavoured and the calamari almost fizzed in your mouth when dipped in ceviche broth- a really interesting texture and perfect taste. The white fish (? Cordova) in... More

Kind service, I love the way they mix Japanese food with western, Food is not the only important thing for a amazing dinner, waiters must be kind, well knowing their presentation and the way they had advised plus the explanations of the meals was an experience itself

Really enjoyed our meal here. It was spur of the moment with no reservation on a Friday night but the restaurant staff had no problem accommodating us. When we were unsure of what to order, (and more importantly what size everything was!) our waiter very kindly advised us on how much food to order, as the entradas are not "entradas"... More

We made a reservation for this restaurant and as a family we had mixed reviews. One thought the fish sushi was good, another found the chicken , rice and noodles too salty. However, we were all in agreement that the service was not good. The waitress would not write down the order and therefore some dishes were forgotten. We also... More

Lovely alternative to those common sushi places that are appearing everywhere nowadays. Creative dishes and friendly staff, expect to pay premium for it though!

If you visit Zaragoza, you really should go to Uasabi! We had the menu (6-course) and each part was a through experience and something totaly different. The sushi : WOW ! The staff is very friendly. A mix of Asian and local food : a very smart chef !
