Ni Neu is a perfect example of the proverb "Don't judge a book by its cover". It looks beautiful from the outside but the food is lousy. The restaurant offers only set menu or tasting menu at 29.50€ and 42€ respectively. Luckily we chose the cheaper menu. Service was average to poor. One waitress just dumped the whole tray onto... The food was very good but the experience was ruined by really rude staff. From the moment we walked in and were completely ignored until we paid the bill and left every single staff member was very unpleasant. It is a pity because the meal was actually very nice and very good value.

Being near the seaside in a high tourist area we thought it would be over the top expensive here - it wasn't! The set menu is recommended - beautiful food & an excellent price although that was in early October '16 so the prices may have changed with many good reviews? Hopefully not. I usually review a restaurant like this... More

Considering we had eaten some fabulous food in San Sebastián this was a bit of a let down. Fair enough it was a set menu for San Sebastián day but started with 3 fish courses in succession, 2 of which were cod. The shredded beef was tasty but nothing special. 2 reasonable desserts followed Wine was either a bottle of... More

My friends and I have heard of this restaurant so we dropped by for a taste when we visited San Sebastian. It was lunchtime and the place was packed. The place easily became a noisy cafeteria instead of a serene fine dining restaurant caused by the din of the hubbub waiters and diners made. First thing I noticed was that... More

This was definitely the best restaurant meal of our stay at San Sebastian. The vegetarian offer was sluightly better than other establishments. My crab gyoza was fresh and tasty and my husband's vegetables well cooked. The lamb with cheese was delicious, his potatoes and cottage cheese was interesting. I just wish meals in Spain came with more vegetables. When I asked... More

We had dinner here during the jazz festival so the atmosphere of the whole are was fantastic. Eight of us went to this restaurant and we all ordered different items. Everyone enjoyed their meals.

Booked for us by the fine folks at Kili Basque Bikes. Really good value (tasting menu or set menu), plenty of choice, attentive service and evidently liked well enough by the local so it wasn't rammed with people like me. A good thing.

We ate here following a magazine article on top 10 rising restaurants in San Sebastián and had the tasting menu. This restaurant is situated close to the Kursaal (hosting the film festival) and the staff told us that they had had many of those attending i.e. famous film actors eating there. The quality of the food was good but nothing... More

We had a beautiful meal at this well positioned restaurant today. We went for the three course set menu, a good choice within each course and the menu is well priced. The service was very good and very friendly, the staff were very understanding of our non-existent Spanish and made it very easy for us. All of our meals were... More
