We visited this restaurant twice last year, and three times this year.
The owner and his two staff are incredibly helpful and willing to chat about the food (and anything else).
The ambience is really great, with some soft chill out tunes in the background. Each time we went it was busy, quite a feat when the rest of Sóller is empty due to COVID.
The food itself is exceptional, easily comparable with offerings in top London-based Japanese restaurants.
I can not recommend this restaurant highly enough

We had looked at this restaurant online and their menu and whilst some dishes were labelled vegetarian we weren’t sure if they cater for vegans. We decided after to call in on spec early and were told the chef would make us vegan food. We had a table in the garden. It’s next to the tram line but don’t let that put you off it’s really nice. The restaurant is spotlessly clean and well maintained.The really friendly waitress explained what the chef could do vegan and we ordered gyozas and sushi followed by a main of udon tofu teriyaki noodles. The food was magnificent extremely tasty. We were offered a dessert too but we were full. The service in this restaurant is excellent. It is well worth a visit, highly recommended.

Excellent food and the service was perfect. The waitress gave us very good advice about food and drink, which made our dinner perfect. We had sashimi and a very interesting dessert with pears marinated in sake and litchi sorbet. Don’t hesitate to go here instead of a Mallorcan place.

I feel like I've given a lot of 5 stars lately, probably because Soller has an abundance of quality restaurants but this was truly out of the this world and so far the pick of the bunch.
No photos to share but some of the best if not the best sushi I've eaten. Better than Roka even by quite a way.
Whoever thought to put that lime puree on the salmon rolls deserves a knighthood.
The presentation was excellent and every single dish we ordered was 10/10.
Given the very highly quality its excellent value for money. Very friendly staff too.

This was a beautiful surprise and discovery.
We had a spectacular family lunch, and were surprised by the quality and innovative cuisine offered to us; all the dishes were superb, some like explosions of different tastes in the mouth - great combinations. The service was also impeccable; we were treated with warmth and great professional dedication. Thanks for a truly memorable lunch. We will be back.

We ate outside on the quaint patio on a cool evening in July. The Soller tram runs right next to the patio! At first, the menu looks typical with dumplings, sushi, rolls, etc. but once you read the details, you realize just how unique the cuisine is. The outstanding dish I had was the foie gras and quince roll with blueberry sauce. It was one of the most delicious foods I have ever tasted! Such a unique combination but works so perfectly with each other and the other ingredients. Everything we had, including the sake, was amazing and the service was perfect. Highly recommend this restaurant in Soller when you want something different.

Absolutely outstanding meal form start to finish with wonderful service. Impossible to choose a favourite dish, but the salmon tartare, 2 day cooked pork and the custard dessert were highlights. If you're in Soller, you have to go here!

I am passionate about Asian food and have completed several trips to south east Asia in the past 19 years. This place offers fantastic food with real cooking skills and welcoming staff. I live in soller since nearly two years and never tried this place. Last week some clients told me it was delicious so I tried I today! The food is great, ingredients used are fresh and of excellent quality. There is serious knowledge here and the team is very friendly and engaging. Well done!

Very nice little restaurant with a style.
I had the best king prawn sushi in my life here.
We had to wait a bit too long for our food and the price is a bit expensive, but it is worth it for the quality.
I strongly recommend this place if you love Asian food.

The food there, in particular the Sushi is absolutely top. We enjoyed several different choices, California rolls, hot tuna rolls and some more. All were excellent. The place is cosy and the waitress is very polite. Will get back there again.

Visited in June. Welcoming and attentive staff. Helpful in explaining dishes and offering suggestions. Enjoyed the special starter and 2 mains. Good wine. Cooking innovative and beautifully presented. Authentic flavour. Very lovely surroundings but I believe they are moving down to the port?
Would visit again and would recommend. Memorable evening.

We visited this restaurant twice. The food is outstanding, not expensive, staff are lovely. Sake was available which I was pleased about.
There are inside and outside seating areas. The tram runs beside the restaurant so it's fun to see it go past once per hour.

After a long absence for covid and other nonsense, we met two of our favorite people to introduce them to the place. Their reaction can only be recorded as gobsmacked!
Food and service beyond criticism, with the additional frisson of dishes created just for us.

Great food. Good choice and all good. Proper Japanese Fusion. As good as anything in London. Lovely staff. Quick service. Lovely space. It is rare for the island and deserves to do very well. They should open in Palm as well. Was superb.
