We managed to eat in this little tapas bar on the third attempt-first time it was their weekly closing day, second time they did not open at the prescribed time, third time lucky! It was recommended by a couple we met two days before. It served an interesting selection of pinchos, freshly made. It catered for vegetarians as well as... More

Thus place is one minute if the busy walkway and 5 mins from the cathedral. Our first visit was at night and the authentic little place was packed. We enjoyed th local wine, and returned the next day and sampled their delicious homemade pinchos- under 2 euros each, and you pay b the stick! 5- 8 is more than enough... More

A small traditional-style tapas bar with the tapas well presented and explained in English! Charging is by stick count. The wine list includes a number of delicious Mallorcan wines served by the glass.

There were a few people waiting for this place to open at 1930 and when it opened a few minutes late they were still putting the pinchos out (and kept bringing different ones out over the course of the evening). The staff were so friendly and took us through each pincho in very good English. It is a child friendly... More

We were introduced to this place by a local friend and sworn to secrecy - I never could keep a secret, especially not one as good as this. Great selection of authentic Pinchos, as you would expect they keep churning out new ones all night long so it's quite easy to stay here and drink and eat for hours... Very... More

This place is all but next to Lorien which is the best location on Mallorca for craft beer. However this place is better for food with a selection of (very local) beers, worth a visit if you want tapas with some craft beer

Best pintxos we had in Palma. It's a cosy place--we got there right when the restaurant opened for dinner, and by the time we left it was packed! I think it's a stop on some tapas tasting tour in Palma, but it's definitely not a tourist trap--we were probably the only non-locals in the restaurant. They had about a dozen... More

We were on a Tapas Tasting Tour in Palma de Mallorca that included stops at three restaurants with La 5a Puneta Tapas Bar being the last. This is definitely a local’s kind of place as it is away from the main tourist areas. The local diners were greeted by name when they walked in and there were big hugs a... More

A corner of the Basque country here in Palma: be ready to taste different warm and cold pintxos (a slice of bread with delicious food on top), with your favourite beer or wine. It becomes very crowd after 20:30/21:00, so if you fancy to have a sit, just be quick!
