If you fancy a NON-traditional sushi with an excellent price-quality ratio, recommended! In addition to some very successful dishes (the foie and duck gyozas and the carpaccio rolls are recommended). Lovely calm and relaxing environment, the server was so attentive and polite. Food was presented very well along with very delicious flavours which complemented it well. Highly recommend if enjoy Japanese cuisine!!! Will definitely be back

Based on the positive reviews and reserved at Japo. And also very surprised! The restaurant is not large, so reservations are definitely recommended. Staff are passionate and friendly. Sushi definitely the best I've eaten so far! The tempura ensaimada dessert was also very tasty. Recommended for the sushi lover who wants to try some different types of sushi than usual!

We came wanting to try it since it had been recommended to us, and the truth is that the food is very good although it is somewhat expensive, but that is not the problem. The problem was that when I went to the bathroom at the end of dinner, I started to put on lipstick in front of the mirror, without seeing the huge three-wicked display next to the sink. I have my hair down my ass, and when I got closer my hair caught fire, it caught so much that it burned and I put it out with my hands. I left the bathroom in shock, I told the waiters that since they put a candle there, it was dangerous and that it had burned 5 fingers of my hair. They just looked at me and said I smelled like singeing. No one came to ask me how I was (crying my eyes out) or how it had happened. NOTHING. When we asked for the bill they charged us for everything, not even out of displeasure did they invite me to the water. I will never again step into a place where they are not responsible for what happens to you at their place, no matter how good it is.

We went on the recommendation of a friend and the truth is that we were delighted. The duck gyozas are a delight and the Carpaccio Roll is an explosion of flavor. Maybe the Rainbow Roll is too big and a little harder to take but good in flavor. We will be back. In addition, the great treatment and the pleasant and intimate place.

It was our first time here and we were absolutely delighted. The quality is very good. But the best thing for us is that it is really different from others. The food is beautifully presented and there are "crazy" combinations that made us curious. We were absolutely satisfied. It's not exactly cheap but it's worth the price!

We are regular customers of this Japo since we really like sushi.
Tonight we ordered the tuna tartare which did not have all the fresh tuna, there were pieces of orange tuna, that is, it was not fresh tuna. After the price it has (27e) it seems outrageous to do that.
I hope it doesn't happen again.

Sobre lo que comentan del tartar de atún, todos nuestros productos son de máxima calidad y cuidamos al máximo la presentación de cada plato y la seguridad alimentaria de nuestros clientes, por lo que nos extraña el detalle que comentan.
Igualmente, les agradecerĂamos que si en algĂşn momento, algo les parece que no es correcto, lo comuniquen inmediatamente a nuestro personal en el restaurante para que en el momento todo quede resuelto y puedan disfrutar de su comida / cena.

Excellent! One of my favorite Japanese restaurants in Palma, in the Top 3. Everything has a special touch. The Rolls have a plus of ingredients: with one or two sauces, a couple of toppings, and magnificent combinations of products... the result, an explosion of flavor in the mouth!
And among the NO Rolls, some essential Takoyakis (fried octopus balls with katsuboshi, mayonnaise and okonomi sauce) and some Gyozas to wow

We hadn't visited you for a while, we already missed it, spectacular as always 🍣🥢
We start with a magnificent tuna tartare, exquisitely combining the freshness of the fish with a variety of flavors and textures.
The best duck and foie gyozas are spectacular without detracting from the prawns.
The different sushi, makis and rolls have spectacular batter and are delicious…
And let's not talk about the desserts... our favorite without a doubt is the Ensaimada in tempura 🧡

They have a shift from 10:30 to 12:30c but when you sit down they tell you that the kitchen closes at 10:30, so you have a few minutes to choose, the owner does not accept criticism and confronts you in a bad manner when you try to talk to her. Food takes ages to come out of the kitchen

Tal como se lo expliquĂ© anoche, en varias ocasiones, en el Ăşltimo turno que cogemos, el de la 22.30 h, se tiene que coger la comanda completa, no podemos aceptar repeticiones ya que, entre que se prepara la comida para todas las mesas (que no eran pocas como ha podido ver), no darĂa tiempo a repetir ya que la cocina tiene una hora de cierre como ocurre en todos los restaurantes del mundo.
Su problema es que, es de los clientes de la antigua escuela, que siempre quiere que se le de la razĂłn a pesar de que en esta ocasiĂłn no la tenĂa.
Somos un establecimiento privado, con nuestras normas. Normas que explicamos con claridad meridiana a nuestros clientes, y por lo visto, usted ha sido el Ăşnico, hasta ahora, que no quiere entender que nosotros "los de la hostelerĂa" tambiĂ©n somos personas , y tenemos horarios que nos gustarĂa que se respeten.
También cabe destacar, que esperábamos su comentario (que además ha publicado en diferentes plataformas) ya que vimos que el show que montó dos veces en el restaurante no le fue suficiente. Por mi parte, he sido en todo momento muy educada y muy paciente explicándole cosas que son obvias y que a nadie más tuve que explicar, aparte de a usted.
Gracias por elegir no volver más, y dejar la mesa disponible para alguien que de verdad viene a disfrutar de nuestra gastronomĂa, ya que como ha visto es un restaurante pequeño y gente no nos falta (entiendo que algo bien hacemos)

Genuinely. One of the finest dining experiences I have ever her had. We ordered a bottle of Pago de Carraovejas, Ribera del Duero (Rioja drinkers take note, stop drinking Rioja and move next door!) A really fine example of Spain's best wine. Then a pair of ridiculous gyoza starters. They were absolutely wonderful. Let's not stop there. Tuna tartar. Brilliant. As a regular in Conil, I love my bloody tuna. Then the finale. Beef tataki. Our waiter, Sebastian tied it all together wonderfully. Un. Flipping. Believable. Go here. As soon as you can.

What quality! An explosion of flavors! Top starters and spectacular rolls. The dessert left us with our mouths open, tempura cheesecake with cinnamon ice cream. Looking forward to returning!! Personal and close treatment, well attended at all times and with very good recommendations

Impeccable Japanese restaurant.
The service has been perfect, it was our first time and we were not sure how much to order and the waitress gave us perfect advice.
Correct quality-price, it is not a cheap restaurant but the quality of the dishes is worth it.
We will repeat for sure.

This sushi is really solid and tasty. It’s only averaging 4/5 at the moment which I think isn’t a fair reflection! We ordered a really interesting starter and some great sushi rolls. Not that expensive either!

You must go there if you are looking for Japanese food in Palma de Mallorca! Really nice food (you should especially try the gyoza..!) in a nice atmosphere downtown Palma. Without forgetting the warm welcome from the staff!
