One of my favourite restaurants in Mallorca with probably the best burgers I have ever tasted at very reasonable prices. The owners are lovely, attentive and provide first class service. I spend about five months a year in mallorca and have experienced many of the island’s restaurants including those in Palma and this one stands out as a must visit. Once you have been, like me you will return time and time again.

La Nueva Burguesa is anything but your average burger restaurant!
I went with my partner and in-laws, we were immediately greeted by the welcoming staff and sensational aroma of homemade burgers. Thankfully, we reserved a table as the place was busy on a Saturday and if you go, you can understand why. The selection of burgers is enough for anybody with an appetite. This is the perfect place for groups or even a fun date.

The quality of food and service was amazing. The waiting staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the food was well presented and put together.
There was a huge choice of burgers, both meat and vegetarian and lots of sides and drinks to choose from as well.
The atmosphere was lively and the restaurant was full of people. I would definitely recommend visiting whilst in Palma, although booking may be necessary as it is a popular choice!

Terrible burger and even worse customer service. The meat was bland and tasteless, so much so that I didn’t eat my meal but gave feedback when asked that it lacked any flavour and was surprised by the response when the manager was really dismissive and blatantly rude. Their solution wasn’t to offer a new one or deduct the cost from the bill but instead said to put sauce on it! How a place that supposedly specialises in burgers can get the basic’s of simply flavouring the meat so wrong and not understand that with mince its really needed is beyond me. I really don’t get the rating for this restaurant, if you want a decent burger definitely go somewhere else, this place really isnt worth it and im guessing half of these reviews must be fake. The worse customer service i’ve ever experienced with them turning away and ignoring my comments when I was speaking to them and then shouting across the restaurant as I was leaving “bye we’ll never see you again!” Avoid at all costs

This restaurant serves very high quality burgers, clearly lovingly made! The menu is great, offering such a range of incredibly tasty burgers which can be customised in request. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Some of our party follow a gluten free diet and this was easily accommodated- a treat to be able to have a great burger in an equally impressive gluten free bun!!

Visited after reading the fantastic reviews and wanted some wholesome food after we skipped lunch and this did not disappoint. On arrival the owner sat us down and said that if we needed any alterations to let her know and she was ever so helpful. All the food is bought from the market and you can taste how fresh and flavoursome it is. We had some nachos to share, a delicious burger each and shared fries and a salad, all very delicious. We then had a banoffee pudding which was delicious. So not hesitate to visit as you won’t be disappointed!

I cannot speak highly enough about this small restaurant, owned and run by a young couple who work so hard and do everything possible to please their clients.
The quality of food and selection is excellent and the welcome so genuine - I ate there 2 nights in a row despite researching many other establishments in the area.
The owner mentioned that custom was not quite as hoped for during June which I find surprising, given that more "touristy" places in the immediate vicinity were pretty busy.
I would encourage anyone to try La Nueva Burguesa.
You will not be disappointed!

After 5 years we were eating here again and just like the first time in 2019 we loved it.
Very good burgers etc., absolutely friendly staff / owners.
You adjust individually to the respective guest, regardless of nationality (also linguistically).
& Price performance is also absolutely fine.
We were certainly not the last time here & maybe it won’t be another 5 years until next time. 😉

Fantastic food and service!
The chips were honestly the best I’ve ever had, crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle, perfect balance of seasoning and cooked in an expensive oil that made a big difference. The homemade sauces were incredible, particularly the tomato sauce and truffle mayo. Cool place with very welcoming and informative staff. Thank you!

Superb. We're from Manchester and this place is like something straight out of the Northern Quarter. The Galician beef that is used is on par with Aberdeen Angus in my opinion (but my wife actually thought it was better!). Very friendly waiter and a chilled out informal atmosphere. We're only here for 5 days but will likely be going back here numerous times 😂
After writing this review we returned and the second time was just as good as the first. I tried the home made truffle mayo and chipotle mayo this time as well and they were lovely. The ketchup is delicious but certainly unique. Tastes almost floral and lemony as opposed to tomato. Quite delicious though and works well. A fantastic last meal on the final day of our holiday.
Thank you again to all the staff for being so welcoming and our compliments to the chefs as they really do cook everything perfectly ❤️

Amazing food with impeccable service. We wanted a burger and was not disappointed with this restaurant. The waiter explained the cooking style according to taste. Medium well was excellent for a juicy flavour and crispy outer. Side and salads were also just as flavoursome. An outstanding example of how a real burger restaurant should be served ❤️

Great experience and menu. Loved the vegan and vegetarian options. Not your “typical deep fried” veggie patty. Very friendly team and service. You’ll love it if you’re looking for a restaurant with a great vibe off the tourist trail.

Wanted to revisit this wonderful place after first visiting Apr 23. Once again we were not disappointed. The service is 1st class and everything about ordering what you would like to eat is fully explained. As the food is cooked to order you will have a small wait but a wait that is truly worth it! Once again the burger was cooked to perfection and the sides, dips and fries were amazing. Looking forward to our next visit when we come back to Palma.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the burger restaurant in Palma and absolutely loved it. The atmosphere was inviting and cozy, which contributed to a pleasant dining experience. The burgers were without a doubt the best I have ever eaten. Juicy, grilled to perfection and topped with fresh ingredients - simply delicious!
The menu offered a diverse selection of burger creations, from classic variations to innovative flavor combinations. I opted for the "Maya Burger" and was not disappointed. The portions were generous, and the sides, especially the crispy fries, were also outstanding.
The service was friendly, attentive and fast. The staff seemed to take real pride in serving high quality meals and this was reflected in their dedication and professionalism.
All in all, my visit to the burger restaurant in Palma was a culinary delight. I can't wait to return and try more burgers. If you are looking for a top-notch burger experience, you should definitely stop by here!
