Friendly, welcoming and well priced, this Italian-owned restaurant produces outstanding dishes using fresh local seafood with an interesting Asian twist whilst staying close to the chef's European roots.
The food is beautifully presented, the service is unobtrusive but friendly and the value is exceptional with a range of fixed price tasting menus as well as a la carte choices.
The wine list is good and very fairly priced. I would travel far for this experience in the heart of Palma's Santa Catalina.

This restaurant offers something quite different and whilst there is an a la carte menu, they also offer a 5 or 6 course taster menu at €45 or €58. Dishes are imaginative and extremely well presented. Quality fresh ingredients. Excellent service. The turbot was wonderful. Pasta is home made and delicious.

As we were early, we were lucky enough to get a table without a reservation. The 5 course-meal was a delight to the eye and the taste buds. Everything went smoothly, efficiently and friendly until after the main course. By which time the tables outside were all occupied and the service staff were busy with regular guests. Our empty wine bottle was swiftly taken away without a chance to order anything else and the wait for dessert lasted over half an hour without comment (neighbouring tables had the same problem). It took three tries (and three waits) to get the bill. A bitter aftertaste with the service from an otherwise wonderful meal.

We took advantage of the 50% off deal with The Fork. However we ended up paying 189 euro of 2 people. The waiter wasn’t at all clear about what and wasn’t included in the deal - I had the taster menu not knowing it wasn’t included and my husband had a few other items that weren’t included either. I think we were caught off guard as we had eaten at a different restaurant (offering the 50% deal) a couple of nights before and they simply halved the food bill. Not so here. We were also given bread and water that we didn’t request but used and they were also included- it just felt like the waiter was determined to get as much money from us as possible - and he succeeded. Our fault for not being vigilant and letting that happen I guess. The waiter needs to make it very clear what is and isn’t included if they offer this type of deal.

5 star service food,service, setting,wine,ambiance and Classy setting.
Choose 5 course tasting menu which consisted of 4 fish based courses and a dessert.
All courses complimented each other with the turbot dish being my favourite!
All dishes tasted ‘clean’ with just the right amount of herbs and citrus dressings.
We where also impressed with the waiters knowledge of the food he was serving and in tune with his clientele.

We had a wonderful evening at Taller de Mer. The fusion between Italian and Japanese cuisine is a perfect fit. We had the 6 course tasting menue and each and every cause was a magnificent piece of artistic creation . Having said that you might expect molecular kitchen - the opposite is the case . Each course is perfectly well designed and size is more than average .
To me they could easily win a Michelin star . One of the best restaurants in Palma for sure. Service was very attentive and always helpful .
We enjoyed the evening a lot and will for sure come back .
Highly recommended !!!

We went there for Easter, their special menu was delicious and very delicate. We had no reservation, still the waiter found us a table outside the restaurant and brought us a movable chimney fire to warm us. The whole dinner was perfect and the service was very warm, I recommend it to everyone.

An excellent boutique restaurant in Santa Catalina. The newest place to be seen in Palma. The tasting menu was amazing and was Michelin star standard . The owner and Chef came round to talk to all the tables and it had an intimate but high quality feel to it . He changes the excellent menu every two weeks or so and his dishes are both creative innovative and unique without being strange . He does the basics right with a twist .
The local house wines were top class and the gin and tonics strong ! The cocktail choice was also good . Everyone in the restaurant was extremely attentive and service was exceptional . I would recommend it to anyone and will be back. A gem of a find.

My boyfriend and I booked ourselves into this restaurant for a special Easter Sunday lunch. The staff were super friendly and answered all our questions about the menu and wine.
We went for the taste menu and focused on all the fish dishes! The asparagus with truffle and octopus was out of this world and the saffron linguine with seafood was also a highlight.
We had such a nice afternoon and really loved the food. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Mallorca!

We enjoyed the menu, the 5 courses of which were creatively composed and lovingly prepared and tasted excellent. For the main course we chose beef, which was cooked to perfection, as requested, medium. Coupled with the very attentive, friendly service, it was an all-round successful evening. Many thanks to the entire team.

We took their 6 course tasting menu, which consisted of fish dishes, pasta, a meat dish and dessert. The tasting menu changes from month to month. Very good quality of the food with good varying flavor combinations. We were there in the evening when it was dark, the venue was cozy with candlelight and low sound volume. The place is run by an Italian guy who was very knowledgeable, nice and service oriented. Knowledgeable about wines and gave good tips for the dishes. And of course, very knowledgeable about fish and pasta. Can be highly recommended if you are looking for tasting menus, but it was also possible to order set dishes from the menu.

I can’t remember the last time I have been out to eat when both the food and service were both 5 star!!
We took the tuna avocado off the a la carte menu and the turbot and also a pasta dish off the taster menu. Delicious and absolutely faultless.
Unfortunately we couldn’t eat the tasting menu (dietary restrictions) however if you don’t have restrictions then try it as it looked amazing!!
Such a wonderful restaurant.

Very stylish interior. Very attentive service. We had the 5-course tasting menu. Good portion size. The chef could have been bolder with the seasoning, sometimes a bit too bland. All in all, a good opportunity to enjoy fine dining at moderate prices.

Small, fine restaurant with excellent cuisine! They speak Italian, Spanish and English, so there are no problems communicating when choosing the exquisite dishes. As on our last visit during our Mallorca vacation, we had the 5-course tasting menu and were once again delighted by the unusual creations and flavor compositions. Every course was a poem! We were very satisfied. This restaurant is highly recommended!

Despite a nervous waiter, who forgot two times to bring us our drinks, we had a delicious dinner. A combination of flavours that is not expected, but that is absolutely gorgious. Wasabi and couscous; turbot with thymus, all an explosion of flavours but an explosion in the right proportion.
And not the least, the dishes are also a catch to the eye
