At Lume&Co restaurant in Genova we fuse together the Majorcan talent with an environment in Scandinavian style. Located in a XVth century historical building, the Son Berga castle, our restaurant comes to life having as a goal to offer a unique gastronomic experience. Our obsession is to always obtain products of the highest quality, we choose our providers among those that care for the well-being of the animal, for nutrition and for limited use of additives. High-quality meat is our identity mark, we choose the noblest type of meat the market offers us. From origin, animal’s well-being and nutrition to outdoor exercise – they are all kept under control, along with the use of hormones, antibiotics and additives.

Outstanding and amazing !!
A little gem just outside Palma w a fantastic terrass and amazing food and service. A must visit place!!
We arrived as a small group to celebrate a birthday party and where impressed about all the sanitizing efforts that was made due to the flu by the kind service staff. We all ordered Tomahawks steaks and which were served with perfection, many said its was the best meat they had in Mallorca!! Desserts were delicious and we ended the evening w Herbas all around. Great evening and a private and safe place we can recommend especially in these trying times.

We had a fancy for meat and after friends recommended this restaurant and reviews decided to try.
Weather was not the best, a cold and windy day and due to COVID restrictions only available to eat outside.
Well prepared heating devices and nice blankets.
Chose prawn appetizer with olives and Ali oli, meat we had to wait and see for it was one kilo of meat and luckily we choose half.
Some space for a brownie and a nice gin and tonic.
Staff very friendly and helpful,our waitress from Mumbai extra friendly.
Will be back...

We had dinner in this amazing restaurant last night for our anniversary. What can we say.. great food and an amazing service!! Really hard to find this kind of devotion to the guest here in Mallorca.. The waiter and watress were incredibly friendly, nice, very attentive, and they did not once invade our moment, and most importantly, they were extremely honest with all the suggestions they gave us in regards of the food and wines. Thank you to all the staff that was working yesterday, you made our night unforgettable! Can't wait to be back for another amazing dinner! :)

Set up , garden terrace atmosphere and first course very nice , but the main dish the one we went there for was bad , I mean bad no way near expectation , just looking at it when it arrived on the table , well presented but you could tell it was dry on the surface , dull not wet and appetising like it showed on some of there pictures, too fresh , and not served with an hot plate to be able to cook it more or just warm it up , not up to the place standard . My friend invited me and the bill came to 200 €, for 1plate of excellent jamón serrano , home make croquetas , 3 copas de vino 1 water and a tomahawk, money was not the problem , we asked the waitress directly to bring us the food without looking at the menu, we new it was on the deer side but to be charged that money for that quality , we thought we had been taken for a ride. When asked by the waitress if all was good we told her what I just wrote here ., and no comment was made from her, we did not want desert nor coffe asked for bill and left It’s such a shame , there was no love at all in the cooking . I have been a restaurant owner for 27 years myself and had a BBQ , don’t matter if you got the best bought quality meat, if you don’t grill it with love , and care it will never come out right . There is a lot of choice. and competition in the restaurant trade , and nothing worst for a client to feel he has been robbed , and no one around looking after you.
This is why 1 star.

We are very happy that you appreciated our venue and the starters of your choice.
We are deeply sorry that you haven´t enjoyed your main with us.
We have had an internal meeting to discuss your complaint and I can assure you that:
- We are not aware of any complaint about a rare Tomahawk. We understand you wanted not that fresh. In our restaurant that has never or will be a problem. We will prepare it to your liking.
Maybe it was a language problem. Our team speaks English perfectly but not all have English as their native language.
- We have served thousands of Tomahawks since we open our venue and, as you can see in other clients' reviews, they have been very happy.
In any case, we are human beings, and our chefs could have been can be wrong with the point of the meat.
All our dishes and our service is made with all love and professionalism, following standardized processes and times.
We recommend that you check the prices of the menus in the restaurants, you will avoid dissatisfaction.
As a restaurant owner, we are sure that you understand everything we present here and we would appreciate it if you could contact us to discuss your case in person.
We really work hard to give the best experience to our clients and we are sorry we have not been successful with you.

What an amazing place to spend a dinner. The whole experience has been amazing. The restaurant is very well decorated, the waiters are warm and professional and the food spot-on.
A restaurant you must visit if you are in Mallorca.
We will definetely be back.

Had a family lunch at the restaurant on a sunny Friday afternoon
Firstly the space is stunning. We spent time outside and inside and both were gorgeous but warm and inviting at the same time.
Food was delicious. As it was a special occasion we ordered the chateaubriand which is a real event. The meat was outstanding and beautifully cooked
Staff were lovely
There is even easy parking
Highly recommended

So disappointed with our meal tonight. Beautiful restaurant but the steak was totally raw and presented terribly. Side dishes were Inadequate and our waiter couldn’t even pour the wine. Really gone down hill.

Dear guest,
We do have to apologize, you ordered a Tomahawk medium rare and we deliver it rare. Our Tomahak is a 1,3 kgr piece and if you want it medium rare in the middle the meat close to the bone is rare.
We took it to the kitchen and cooked it more so that it was to your liking.
As it is a large piece to share, it often happens that different guests want the meat at different points and that is how we serve it without a problem.
Regarding the wine service, due to the Covid situation, our staff tries to approach the tables as little as possible to respect the social distance. We are all vaccinated and we take many precautions as we are in contact with many different clients. In our protocol, we have established that we serve the first glass of wine and the rest are served by the clients. We explain this to the clients, perhaps our staff forgot to comment on it since we received your visit on a busy day.
All our clients thank us for this protocol, we regret not having communicated it correctly to you.
I add that we have a certified soumiller in beverage service, he is a professional who has been with us for a long time and he is the person who served your wine. He personally apologizes for not explaining the protocol properly. We regret that your visit did not meet your expectations.

Exceptional from start till end. Only 5-10 min in taxi from Palma city centre. The location is fantastic, the restaurant layout and facilities are extraordinary. The staff of this restaurant are so professional, pass and service minded, that we’re talking top shelf.
We had a fabulous food experience.
To start with in the nearby garden place, we had a cold special beer with a special creamy like foam. A really nice touch to this draft and as we were told, a special technique in the draft, was used to create this experience. Accompanied by a light and fresh white wine, this was a perfect start to the dinner.
We ordered as starters, the mackerel dish, the tuna tataki and a quinoa salad with herbs, raspberry and whit asparagus. All exceptional in taste and beautifully arranged on the plate. Small works of art.
For main course it was the Tomahawk meat dish. A mature meat creation, which was an experience in it self. Perfectly cooked. The marbling and taste of this meat; simply fantastic.
Dessert was a spicy strawberry creation with white chocolate foam and parmesan on the top. Delicious!
Wines and avec’s was served with high confidence of both the staff and the owners.
A rare and excellent taste of the sweet life in the Mediterranean.

Outstanding Service and a true culinary experience.
The starters are exceptional, we had Oysters w mango, Bone marrow w pistachio and Foie gras all highly recommended.
For mains we decided to share a Tomahawk steak for 3 pers, apparently a signature dish of Lume and we understand why !! It’s was one of the best meats we had…..
No room for dessert this time but they looked great…..maybe next time……
We must also complement the service personel who were great and let us feel truly at home.
This place is clearly something special in a 16 th century Castle and cost environment

We discovered this place after our regular steakhouse remained closed in July. We have been 4 times in the last 3 weeks which says it all. Very classy but relaxed restaurant with wonderful outside seating. Very safely distanced tables - wonderful kind servers but unbelievable steak. We have the tomahawk to share - it’s cooked perfectly, looks dry aged so no running blood, and the bbq flavours are stunning. Easy booking online. I’m a fussy steak eater but I’ve found my Mallorca regular steakhouse now. Simon & Anne

We have been here 6 times since our first booking in May and we will always come here when we stay in Mallorca. The ambiance and atmosphere are amazing, the staff are very attentive and polite.
The steak(s) tastes the best there is and always just melts in your mouth. All courses are consistently excellent on every visit and we really cannot fault any aspect of the food or service. The staff are always helpful, take the time to talk to you even when the restaurant is busy which is every time we've been, they never make you feel rushed. Definitely high quality in both customer service, quality of food and presentation.

The food was fantastic - and the service was extraordinary friendly - very kind in all matters and we really enjoyed our stay at this restaurant. We will definitely come back and which highly recommend this place to friends family and other holiday guests in Mallorca. Mentionable is the Tomahawk and of course the browning with fine white chocolate ice cream. Top!

Absolutely worse service in the world. I have never written a negative response but feel there was no alternative to this.
Wedding anniversary meal booked 3 months ago and so looking forward to tonight.
They had booked a large birthday party
and we had to ask to move due to the noise ( sat right next to them). Literally couldn’t hear yourself think
No problem with people enjoying themselves but not at the expense of all customers .
No cocktails as not enough staff to make them.
Food choices all taken we had to make
Two food amendments at a 7-30 booking.
Then house wine option all gone because of party booking we were informed .
As anyone could imagine enough is enough
We requested the next alternative wine at the same rate agreed by staff and bottle
Opened.
We were drinking only to have the waitress say she now can’t serve this .
To spend 500/600 euros for the meal you would expect some level of service.
Clearly past their best ,
The previous evening ate El Sotano by Folies ( around the same area ).
Genuinely the most amazing food and the service to die for !
Please look at making a better choice and not being so disappointed 😞

We had been spending most evenings in Porta Portals and asked Hotel to recommend somewhere else.
So this review is comparing Lume & Co with our experience at the port.
The restaurant is in quite large beautiful grounds with lots of well kept outside space with sofas tables. It feels very refined and much more serene than the hubbub of the port.
The staff carry on the theme of relaxed elegance being friendly and efficient without the rushed and overworked feel of the staff in the port.
The food was very good with price slightly less than places like Cappuccino or Wellies. The wine was noticeably cheaper in Lume with the most expensive by the glass wine being €5.50.
All in if you are looking for a change of pace and more authentic dining experience I highly recommend you go to Lume & Co.

I had booked to go with another couple but my wife was ill on the day of the booking.i rang the restaurant to say i could not make it that day and they said they would still keep the deposit as i was cancelling less than the 24 hour notice they required. But they said if we came without her they would honour this booking. I could not believe it. I have been to the restaurant many times as Ivisit Majorca a lot. I won't be going back. I have passed this onto many of my friends who also holiday there so the restaurant has lost a lot of business but at least they got the 80 euros.
