Friendly greeting from the staff when we came in. The coffee itself is top quality, to the point where my girlfriend wanted another before we headed off! Toasted sandwich for a late breakfast hit the spot... Good selection of coffee equipment for anyone into brewing coffee at home.

Delicious breakfast in a pleasant atmosphere

Delicious breakfast with fresh lemonade and the chocolate cookie was extremely chocolatey without being particularly sweet. The atmosphere is pleasant and not particularly loud despite being close to the street. There was live music playing across the street, which was pleasant.

Authentic coffee

A must if you want to try the best coffee in Palma. Never try, never know! They know how to do it. I especially liked Ethiopia, Brasil and Costa Rica one, but there is a lot that I didn't try yet. For sure we will come back to try the rest🌟 And the lovely people who work here.. make unique this coffee place in the island!

My order of two coffees was lost. The coffee was bitter. The Financial Times claimed this establishment was one of the best. I can't recommend it. In fact it is the worst cup of coffee I have had I Spain. The staff is very friendly.

Great coffee, don't bring a laptop

Really amazing coffee house located right in the middle of the old town. The coffee is the best in Mallorca (in my humble opinion) and coming from the US where iced coffee is a daily part of life, it was nice to finally find a place that does a decent cold brew and iced coffee. The only negative thing I can say is that they do not allow you to use your laptop on their outside terrace even for a few minutes. They should think about allowing people a maximum amount of time to stay there if they are using laptops rather than completely prohibiting their use.

The best coffee in Palma.

I kept returning to this café after trying all the top cafés in Palma. Competition is tough!! But mistral just kept having me back, really nice tasting coffee and really nice and helpful staff!

Friendly staff, fast service and fresh food

If you’re looking for a tasty brunch, lunch or coffee with cake, go visit Mistral Coffee House! We enjoyed a home made lemonade, a sourdough bread with avocado and halloumi and had a cappuccino (with oat milk ;)) after. Super friendly staff and fast service!

Nice coffee and good service. The coffee tasted so good that I bought coffee beans from the store to bring back to Denmark to my own set-up. Do yourself the favor of find Mistral Coffee Roasters in a small side street in Palma shopping center / Down Town.

Heaven for a coffee connoisseur (and to have a coffee)

Impossible to find a better coffee not only in Palma , but also in the entire island of Mallorca. Intimate atmosphere , Knowledgeable staff but lost importantly this hidden gem has what actually matters: amazing coffee. I tried the Ugandan, roasted by these folks. They also offered the brasil one, but I haven’t had good experiences with Brazilian beans , so I will give it a try some other time. They also sell Central American coffee including the unpronounceable Guatemalan huehue Etc. Which is amazing. Worth not only a stop, but also a detour , even if only to have a coffee.
