I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. As many reviewers have already said, it's an experience. The staff are fantastic, friendly and know their food and drink. The service is excellent and the best I've experienced in Palma. The food is out of this world. Quality, taste, attention to detail is all amazing and really is an experience.
My partner and I came here on our first night of our holiday and it was incredible. If you're in Palma and you're a lover of food and drink then you should go, you won't be disappointed.
Thank you to the owners who were nice enough to come and say hello, thank you to the staff who looked after us throughout the meal and compliments to the chef, you set the bar for the holiday and nowhere else got anywhere near it.

Nicely located in the port area of Palma and not in a busy tourist area. We selected some food for sharing and wanted a paella but the lady told us this would be too much food. So we stuck to more dishes for sharing and that was a very good choice. All the dishes were very tasteful with surprising twists. I would certainly recommend the slow cooked cauliflower and the veal cheeks.

After living more then 12 years on the island today was the first time visiting this Restaurant en Palma. What shall I say: the food was more than excellent, perfect fusion kitchen at the paseo maritimo. The girls who were responsible at service were extremely friendly and helpful, the ambience was really nice. No question we will return here very soon❤️❤️❤️

This restaurant had the perfect combination of delicious and innovative food and amazing staff. We went to the restaurant with a small baby and the staff could not do enough to make our time their enjoyable and memorable.
The food was delicious, with the octopus and paella particular highlights. The cocktail of the day was also delicious and the overall impression was off an excellently run restaurant, with some really talented people in the kitchen and really friendly front of house staff.
Will definitely be back.

This is the new best restaurant in Mallorca. Every dish a joy. Different , colourful, flavourful. The setting, The Staff, The invention an in addition very clever pricing and sensible options for drinks and food on every budget and types (including veggie) . This is a restaurant to watch with wonderful staff to meet, greet and help......I have eaten all around the world, and this restaurant matches some of the best....we will be back, many times. The ambiance and location are picture perfect. Fantastic service!! Last but no least the food was amazing. A stunning menu, that is both delicious and provides a touch of luxury. Killer wine list as well and you have my favorite place for lunch or dinner in Palma.

We went on the spur of the moment and were so glad we did, as it was just such a lovely experience. Spectacular food, each dish explained to us by the nicest staff.
We went in the daytime, if you go at night make sure to book a table.

What a gteat! That‘s how I would sum it up! We had the most unique tapas and Spanish specialities you could possibly think of! It‘s a must to have a lavish meal in tis place! Go for it! You won‘t be disappointed but instead pleasantly surprised!

Booked the interior restaurant and the initial impression was excellent. Fantastic staff, who brought delicious bread and amuse Bouche.
On menu the basic price for sea bass was 34 eur. We all chose the dish of the day which when the bill came was 45 - 50 eur for one person. No one mentioned to us the cost at allThis would have been ok if the fish was out of thisworld.
It arrived on two large platters and I thought excellent they are filleting it. Our fillets of King fish looked like spaghetti - disaster on a plate. My husband and father-in-law both didn’t finish their fish as it was bland
Side salads were just a packet of mixed salad for carrefour. 4 people fish and salad and one bottle of wine Eur 275.
To top it all we couldn’t hear ourselves talk as the music was so loud and this was 8.00 pm at night not 10.30 . Won’t go back

If you go to Palma you must try the food of this restaurant! It was delicious! I never saw food which was prepared with so much love for the detail and also the service staff surprised me! It was really a great experience / show. You will never forget this restaurant, when you eat there!

Knowing his style from before, the moment I read about the opening of Rosa Del Mar, I called and made a reservation. You'll talk to Aaron when you do this and you want to give him all the details for the reservation. He will take care of everything, so that you will have a unique experience, I promise!
We were 6 adults and 2 kids (7 and 9). The grownups of course, started with some g&t's, a bottle of rose and then Bautista came to DISCUSS the menu with us and how do we want to eat. We want to share everything or go the "boring", traditional way, everybody with his own plate.
Look, at this joint, even if you are a tourist, just tell the waiter what you like, what allergies you have and trust the person who knows the menu inside-out, studied it and knows how every dish is prepared almost as well as the chef, he knows all ingredients in all dishes, he knows which wine goes with which dish and so on.
The untrained eye gets lost in the menu.
You cannot think rationally when you read it. How can you choose between -Crispy corn with foie hoisin, candied ginger, parmesan and kikos sugar- or -Slow-cooked cauliflower with truffle butter, smoked idiazábal cheese and lime creme fraiche - ?
We had it easy because we were a bigger group, so we ordered all tapas dishes to share ... Daaa, but get used to the idea that you will have to visit this place more often, if you don't want to ask yourself on your death bed: "I wonder how would had tasted the -Brie cheese creme brulee with fig chutney and walnut crumble- for desert ...
Next visit, the paellas :)

We were an international group of 26 people who had an evening to remember, with excellent food and wine, a welcoming and stylish atmsphere and very attentive and kind service. We had a group menu - of a quality and value for money that impressed even my Spanish collegues.

Lovely location. Super waiting staff. Let down by food. I like fried food but even by my standards this was too much. Oily and starchy and lacking in fresh flavours. However it wouldn't take much to turn it around so crossed fingers.
